Legacy payment fees

Activation fee - There is a one-off start-up fee of £1, $1 or €1 and from then on you can upload unlimited property adverts that will appear on the Clickstay website.

Commission charges - on our legacy payment system, we charge 10% commission when a booking is made via the Clickstay website, or via the Clickstay checkout for bookings made via the embedded Rentalsystems calendar on an owner's own website or the Rentalsystems property page.

Please note that there is a ‘Service fee’ to the renter:

• Clickstay legacy bookings, the renter is charged 4.5% (capped at £75.00, $120.00 or €90.00);

We highly recommend that you use our direct payment system where there are no renter fees and very low owner fees.
