How do I set up direct payments?
To accept direct payments, please view your Payments page and follow the instructions. From here, you will be able to connect your Stripe account, or create a new one if you don't have one already.
And that’s all you have to do! Once you have done this, you will only pay 3% payment fee (plus Stripe fees) on new bookings, renters will pay no service fee, and any money the renter pays will go directly to your Stripe account.
Your renters will pay the deposit, balance or the full amount to your Stripe account and our payment fee, 3%, will be deducted from that amount, on Stripe. Clickstay and Rentalsystems will not handle the payments, but will advertise your properties on Clickstay, provide marketing via our blog, our social media sites, and our renter newsletters.
