Direct payment fees

There is a one-off start-up fee of £1, $1 or €1 and from then on you can upload unlimited properties to Rentalsystems and Clickstay, at no additional cost.

Under our direct booking system there is a 3% payment fee per transaction, which we take from Stripe when the renter makes a payment. There are no additional fees charged to you, or to the renter, from our end.

Stripe will charge a separate card processing fee which ranges from 1.4% to 2.9% depending on the country of the cardholder, plus 20p per transaction: view full Stripe fee details on their website

We don't charge renters any fees at all.
