How do renters submit reviews?
When your guests have returned from your property they will receive an email from us giving them the opportunity to submit a review about their stay.
We publish all reviews, providing they are well-written, constructive and are not a personal attack against a third party. Once a review has been approved and published, we will give you the opportunity to reply.
How do I submit reviews for bookings I have received outside of Clickstay?
You do not necessarily need to wait for Clickstay customers to write a review of your property. To submit reviews you received on other platforms, go to Edit Property in the Properties section, where you will find Reviews under Other. Here you can simply copy and paste the feedback in Owner submitted reviews, and save the changes. Please allow 72 hours for reviews to be published on your property advert because they need to be read and approved by us.
