How does Rentalsystems make money?

We believe in providing a valuable service to our owners at a fair price.

Currently, we make all our money from the 3% payment fee we take from bookings made via our system.

So, whenever a renter makes a booking at your property on Clickstay, or via your Rentalsystems property page, or through the Rentalsystems calendar on your site, we automatically take 3% of the value of that payment.

In the future, we may introduce optional premium features which we'll charge a monthly subscription for.
