Magical Mickey Vill is located in the highly sought after gated resort of Windsor Hills (very close to Disney & all the attractions). Boasting 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a game room, private screened in patio with unobstructed view, private pool, spa, bbq, Overhang for enjoyment rain or shine and more!

The Space
Step through the front door, make your way past the entrance foyer and you’re greeted by the formal dining table with seating for 6 in the lovely open layout. Walk a bit further and you’re in the living room, kitchen and breakfast dining nook. This entire space is filled with natural light flooding in through the large windows which feature beautiful views of the private patio & pool.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking equipment needed to create a delicious meal, all while spending quality time together. The breakfast dining table features seating for 4 and is the perfect place to sit and chat while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee.

Slide the patio door open and enjoy the spacious surrounds of the private screened in patio featuring a freshly resurfaced and tiled pool, spa, a large overhang for outdoor enjoyment no matter the weather, a BBQ, comfortable dining set with seating for 6, ample lounge seating options to choose from and spectacular views! Sunsets spent at The Ashford are especially extraordinary, and not soon to be forgotten by anyone who has experienced it. There are endless hours of fun to be spent within this patio.

The vibrant climate controlled game room is complete with a pool table, foosball table, playstation 4 and more! The laundry washer and dryer are also located within this space providing fresh aromas for all to enjoy all while getting a friendly competition going!

All bedroom suites are complete with all bed linens needed, a tv with cable, blinds, ceiling light/fan, nightstands, bedside lamps, a dresser, decorative touches/artwork, a closet with hangers, a luggage rack, laundry hamper and extra blanket. While all bathrooms are complete with a toiletry starter kit, towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag in the bin.

There are 3 suites located on the first floor, which is a very convenient option for any guests who cannot climb stairs, as everything needed is located on the first floor. The first floor master king suite features a king bed, views of the patio and pool and full en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and modern glass shower.

The second of the first floor King suites features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a modern glass shower. The last of the first floor suites is a double twin bed suite with a Mickey Mouse sports theme.

The remaining 2 suites are located upstairs. There is a master king suite complete with a king bed and a full en suite bathroom. Last but not least is a double twin suite featuring a Minnie Mouse/Princess motif with feminine touches.

From sharing a meal inside or out, swimming in the pool, soaking in the sunset while relaxing in the spa, or playing in the game room, the options are plentiful! Magical Mickey Villa is an inviting and cozy home away from home, where the entire family can let their cares melt away and truly enjoy quality time spent together.

Guest access
Guest has access to all resort amenities. All guests will need to visit the welcome center for a wristband to enjoy the resort amenities.
Other things to note
The pool & SPA heat is NOT included.

Pool & spa heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. Please note the pool water may take up to 24 hours to heat to fully heat up. The SPA will not get warm if the pool and spa heat package is not purchased.

This Villa is secured with a pool alarm for our guests safety.

Entrance to the resort is secured by a guard.

*Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill

A starter pack of supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice.

The starter pack includes:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom
1 paper towel roll in kitchen
1 garbage bag in each garbage can
1 sponge
1 mini liquid dish soap
1 dishwashing tablet
1 laundry pod

For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance in the front and side of the home. All guests who book this property must be aware of this.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed.

Quiet hours are 11pm-8am.
