The beds were super comfy and plenty of extra bed linen, towels and pool towels. Jeff and Ash were amazing to deal with and any queries we had prior to arrival and during our stay were answered immediately. The villa is so convenient to attractions, theme parks and shops . I would have no hesitation in recommending Flagstone Villa to family and friends. Thank you Ash and Jeff for a very memorable vacation. It was a beautiful home with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. All queries were answered so promptly from the very accommodating owners of the property. Came down for the holiday with my family of 5. I have stayed at many houses in the Windsor Hills Resorts area before and this house by far is the best. The owner is on top of everything. Yes, there were some things that came up which were out of the owner's control, but the owner communicated throughout our stay and took care of them. So easy to deal with. We found a side road and were at any park in 10minutes!! The place was just as described, clean, comfortable, and good for smaller children as well. Had a high chair, pack and play, plastic dishware, baby gates you could put up, and pool enclosure. There were not any toddler cups or silverware but we had our own already just an fyi. Same thing with pool towels as well. There was quick response time from both the owners and management company when issues popped up ie cleaning the pool. There are fans in the rooms that do not have ceiling fans so everyone was comfortable. We had 4 families staying there and felt we had ample space to move around and gather comfortably! The only 'downside' if you will, is the resort community itself is pretty strict with trash and parking but understandably as it is a nice area. Once we got used to the flow of things we were good. Family friendly, Easy Access to Surrounding Entertainment Great Big Home, perfect for Orlando vacation. Just a stone's throw from Disney and a short ride to Universal and Sea World, this home was the ideal spot for my family of 10 to relax after a full day of park adventures. Great pool and jacuzzi, very clean and fully stocked (towels dishes etc..), this home had everything we needed. Slept like a baby, will come back

Lovely Villa This is a really lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. With visiting Disney parks we didn’t spend as much time at the villa as we’d hoped so I hope we can visit again in the future. It had everything we needed for our stay and the owners responded in good time if we had any questions. Windsor Hills is also lovely 😊 I would recommend this property.

Beautiful home This was a perfect location to Disney World. The home was perfect for our party of 9. Loved the rooms for the kids. The House was spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool was beautiful but I wish we would of got it heated before we got there since the weather was cold and raining and made the pool cold. We would totally stay here again!

Perfect place to rent for Orlando. Excellent Clean, lots of room. Had nice heated pool and whirlpool. Very, very close to Disney World with easy access. Owners always available for questions, etc. Plan on renting again, when we go back to Orlando. Recommended to several friends already.

Fabulous stay! Stayed for a week in September 2017 in a group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Villa was beautiful and could not fault the location. Easy drive to restaurants, Disney and Universal. Villa had everything we could need and the kids (and adults) especially loved the pool and games room. Very helpful owners and would not hesitate to recommend to those looking for a large villa in central location for all the parks. Hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Lovely villa. One of the best. Left on Jul 27, 2017 for a stay in Jul 2017 We have visited Florida on several occasions staying in 6 and 7 bedroom villas and this is one of the best. The villa was exactly as expected, clean and well presented. The location was good being close to Disney and driving to the Universal parks and Kennedy Space centre easy, Supermarkets were a short drive away but we noticed that a Walmart with Petrol station was being built less than a mile away. We didn't use all the facilities within the resort but what we used and saw looked good. Ash and Jeff were attentive from the moment we booked, keeping us up to date with any developments and providing information so that our arrival was smooth. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa or indeed booking again..

Plenty a room set up perfectly to enjoy time with the family Pool was a plus, Club house is very nice also. Location location location, clubhouse activities was very nice accommodations in the house was very very nice, Lots of room extra bathrooms was the key with 6 girls

This spacious home is ideal for large groups-6 bedrooms. You can enjoy the south facing,private, heated pool and hot tub at all times. The games room is a great addition to enjoy, as well as the community playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts and water slide at the clubhouse. This gated community is very safe and clean. It is situated close to all area tourist attractions as well as grocery stores,health clinic, shopping and restaurants.The owners of Dunestone are readily available to solve any problems very quickly! We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed the comforts of villa.

This house was fantastic! 30 minutes from MCO (Orlando International Airport) and Universal, 15 minutes from Magic Kingdom. The check in process was painless as following the instructions the check-in at the main gate took about 10 minutes. The time we arrived at the gate, there were four or five cars in front of us checking in for the first time. I would keep in mind, that if you plan on using google maps for GPS directions, I would put a Pin on the main gate entrance, as the fastest way in and out to certain locations can take you through Owners gates. (As a guest you can't go out these gates) The house was spotless when we walked in, the kitchen was well stocked and the internet was incredibly fast. The pool and spa being heated was great since the weather dropped to the low 50s at night most days and the spa was definitely needed after a long day in the parks. I was there with my parents who are in their late 50s and mid 60s so even just sitting with their feet by a jet was greatly appreciated. We spent every day in the parks, so we did not take advantage of all the house had to offer (The game room looked fantastic) but having netflix was a fantastic bonus. I can not talk about this place enough. I would definitely rent here again for my next disney vacation

Stayed in the villa for a week as an extended family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children aged 6 - 11) and couldn't fault a thing. The cleanliness, facilities, layout and set up of the villa was fantastic with plenty of space for us all without feeling on top of each other. The children enjoyed the games room and the play stations! The pool area was great for us all to relax and chill out and enjoy the sunshine. We didn't use the complex pool but did go for a walk down and it too was lovely and clean and spacious. The Windsor Hills resort it ideally located for Disney, the mall and travelling further afield to the beach - which went to Clearwater and Cocoa Beach and they were both lovely. Would definitely stay at this villa again if we travel to America again and would recommend it to large families and extended families.

This was our first time to Florida - 2 families with children, 19, 17, 16 & 11. Excellent from start to finish. Ash was extremely helpful, advising on flights, park tickets etc., etc., Villa had every thing from dishwasher to Pool table, very spacious with a super pool which was wonderful after a full day in the parks. The whole complex was gated and felt very safe. Perfect position for Disney and universal. Lots of local restaurants to get to and quick onto the 1-4 highway to access all parks. Overall we couldn't find any fault with the villa and complex, would definately like to return sometime!! Thank you for a holiday to remember.

The villa is a very smart, spacious and well-positioned villa in a great gated community. So close to Disney and only mins from the I-4 allowing easy access to all of Orlando's attractions. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and met all of our requests. We have stayed in several properties in Windsor Hills - Dunestone is most definitely our favourite to date!

We were 2 families who stayed at Dunestone for 2 weeks in May 2014. The villa was lovely and so close to Disney. There is loads of space for everyone and the bedrooms are lovely. The games room was a big hit with the kids and they loved the pool too. Would definitely return to Dunestone. A big thumbs up!

The villa was great and had everything you could need on your vacation. Very close to Disney, and easy access from the airport. The community was very well maintained, clean and safe. Would definitely book again when visiting Orlando.

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills neighbourhood in previous years and knew the area. As a young family, we love the services and safety that Windsor Hills has to offer. Dunestone Villa was a new "find" though! This house has everything we could have hoped for and even a few things we wouldn't have thought of! We loved the big rooms both upstairs and down. When we arrived the kids immediately explored the villa, but the adults were in just as much awe as the children. We really utilized the pool and the covered patio area during the day. It was also a nice touch to have high quality, comfortable outdoor furniture around the pool to enjoy as well. If Walt Disney World is on your itinerary, you can't beat the location. We were able to leave the park after the "night parade" and still be "home" in the pool for a swim within 10 minutes from the time we got into our car. My family and I can't wait to stay at Dunestone Villa again. As long as we continue to vacation in Kissimmee, Dunestone will be our home away from home. We just wanted to say thank you again for being so accommodating and helpful with all of our questions. Your villa and assistance are far and away the best we have experienced.

We were pleseantly surprised with the villa and the overall experience exceeded our expectation. The furnishing, layout, ammenities, location, swimming pool, etc helped making our trip to Disney a wonderfull experience and after a long day at the parks knowing that we had a place we were 'looking forward' to get back to definetly was a plus in our trip. Your property helped on making this trip an unforgettable one.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa and your house were truly perfect for our family vacation. The house exceeded our expectations. We were a little concerned with the pool temperature given the weather the previous week but were delighted to find it warm and very comfortable. we had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was above and beyond what we coul ask for in a rental! You have been more than helpful and informative through the entire booking process! My other family members could not stop raving about the house and how well it was decorated. From the extra pack and play to the gated pool, it made staying with our little children easy and we felt as though they were safe. We really felt at home and will definitely be back in the future.
