Westridge Luxury Family Villa Near Disney And Other Theme Parks

Disney Family Vacation The house was close enough to our activities yet far enough to be out of all the traffic. Tons of great local restaurants and easy convenient pharmacies, Grocery stores and combo stores close by. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was worth it. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room and allowed a ‘free activity’. The house was just as stated and we were not disappointed at all. We would definitely book the exact same location again!

Our experience with the house was great. The property was great..The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool and game room..It was very roomy for everyone to relax..The only thing was the pool could've been a little hotter but it didn't matter to the kids..Night time in the pool can be a little cold..The kids love the lights in the pool at night..Maybe a little more insulting by the pool for guest who wants to use the pool at night when the temperature drops..But other than that it was perfect would stay again..

Great House The house was spacious enough for my family. It was a little further than expected for universal but really close to Disney. I would definitely stay again possible next year.

Nice House It was nice stay in this house. Clean and near to grocery stores and restaurants. Theme parks and airports are little longer but that is ok for us since it is once in a day activity. Owner replied to all my queries immediately as I message him.

5/5- Relaxing vacation rental Our family really loved our stay at the Luxury Florida Villa, hosted by Kris Meier. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Our children, including myself, especially loved the heated pool and pool light. There i was an abundance of bath towels and a washer/dryer which was fantastic and we made use of it. If we visit Florida in the future, we would definitely consider renting out this house again. Communication was our host, Kris, was easy, prompt and clear. Thanks, Kris!

Perfect! Very nice house with a pool in a nice neighborhood. Close to Disney. Everything you need close by. Had a little Issue with the pool getting dirty and the owner had it taken care of right away.

Comfortable, clean, well located home The process was easy. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach with questions. The grandchildren loved the Disney bedroom. It was nice to be able to cook some meals at the house . The house was very comfortable, and clean. The pool was great! It was not far from stores, restaurants and Disney. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time.

Excellent Stay We spent 6 nights with heated pool in the property. It was an excellent and pleasurable experience. Everything is clearly instructed, nothing really negative. Glad we chose this property for our trip.

Reviews are legit GREAT PLACE They had all the little comforts and were very thoughtful when it comes things u need to be comfortable tvs, games,books, wireless phone chargers, lights in the pool, Playstation,air hockey,I could go on and on . this was our 1st time staying at a bnb and it was wonderful owner was always a phone call away my kids had such a great time and thats what its all about. can't wait to stay again in the spring.

Perfect Vacation Home This is our second time staying here… this year! The house and pool is great and it’s really close to all manor attractions! We love being able to go to the park and coming “home” for a swim and family time. Kris, the owner, is extremely responsive and is very accommodating. Can’t say enough great things.

Family Vacations My family and I lived an unforgettable vacation, we really enjoyed the house in its entirety, the pool and the game room, simply incredible, we had a very nice week, the communication with the owner of the property was excellent, we hope that this experience can be repeated next year.

Couldn't be more perfect! We decided to stay here for our first trip to Florida and Disneyworld! My small family consists of two boys (15 & 9), my husband and myself and we all found something we loved here. We all loved the pool which was larger than I had anticipated and the perfect temperature without heat needed. My 9 year old loved the lizards and frogs that were around the property, because what small boy doesn't? My teenager loved having his own room and the gaming systems available in the game room. My husband enjoyed showing off his pool shark abilities in the game room as well. We had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy our own space without feeling like we were ignoring each other. The property owners have literally thought of everything you could need or want from pool toys, an air pump if you bring your own like we did, plenty of kitchen and dining utensils, a plethora of linens which is hard to come by in some rentals, the list just goes on. The neighborhood is around 20-25 minutes from Disney and very quiet and peaceful. Overall I couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our family, the owner responded to every question I had quickly and kindly. We would stay here over and over again!

Amazing Cozy Home!!!! Our stay was short only a couple of days but we loved staying there with our family. We drove from Houston, Tx to come celebrate ours son’s 2nd birthday at Disneyworld. When we were at the house we enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi, playing pool and my husband enjoyed playing on the Ps4, we literally felt sooo comfortable & at home. We are glad to say we would love to come back another time. This is absolutely an amazing home!!!!

Family Vacation We came to Florida to go to Legoland, but didn't want to stay on property so we could have a more relaxed vacation. This house was perfect for that. We enjoyed the game room in the evenings. My kids loved having the pool right there so they could go in whenever they wanted. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect vacation for us!

Perfect Disney VRBO This property was a hit! Fair price, pool, games, and space for the entire fam. At just over 20 -23 minutes to the mail Disney entrance, there was just enough time to cool off and rest for a few minutes before getting back. Interestingly there are two very different routes to Disney which helps navigate traffic / time of day. We felt like we saved big time compared to Disney hotels, and even after visiting friends in those hotels, The entire family said we were glad we had our own 4 bed home to go relax in. Perfect professional host who has clearly spent untold hours thinking of every small detail. Good chance we'll go back to Disney several times for our daughter's Cheer comps.....our hope will be to stay at this home everytime.

Vacation 2021 We had so much fun! Even though we had rain most of the week, the house set up with games was perfect. The kids really loved the pool, the house was fully stocked with everything we would need. We will be going back!

Disney Spring Break Get Away My family and I were tired of staying in hotels and tried going the house route. We were completely satisfied with house and will stay there again. It is located in a good area and a short 15 minute drive to all of the parks. Depending on traffic, it could take 30-50 minutes to get to certain Orlando attractions. I would suggest being strategic when driving toward Orlando. Overall, it was a great experience and Kris was very responsive. The kids loved the pool and game room. The security on all the doors was a comforting option to have. Plenty of room for my wife and three kids.

Great place to get away. Lots of great amenities— jacuzzi and game room. Loved the pool with lanai and grill. 20-30 minutes drive to Disney parks, door-to-door. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The couch was a bit worn, but it was a great property overall. Would definitely come again.

Family vacation This was our first time booking a home and using vrbo. We really relied on others comments and reviews to make a decision. We are really glad we chose this home. It was perfect for our family. We wanted to be away from crowded hotels and community pools but still close to the parks. Again this was perfect. It was a short drive to Disney. We really enjoyed the private pool and paying for the heat was totally worth it! Our first few days it was in the 50s so the pool would have been cold without it. It was so warm and we all enjoyed it! Kris is an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. He is quick with his responses. I loved the welcome packet information and the app that we could download to our phone. Every detail about the house, what items are provided, check in and check out details are clearly explained. We found the house to be well equipped - plenty of dishes, cooking utencils, towels, blankets, etc. We loved the extra items available for kids. Example: high chair, pack n play, stroller, potty seat. I did not think to pack a potty seat and this was a huge life saver for my 4 year old. There were hair dryers in both bathrooms and a few hair tools like curling irons. The neighborhood was very nice, friendly, and safe. It was a short walk from the house to the playground. This home was perfect for us! We really enjoyed everything about it. The kids really loved the game room too! Pool light is fun at night. It is on a timer - came on around 8pm. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing us with an amazing experience!!

Just as described and just what I needed This was my first time using VRBO and I am very impressed with my experience. Kris and the property did not disappoint in anyway. I was looking for specific things for my stay such as a nice private pool, good area, game room, comfy beds and cleanliness and this property had it all and more!!!! Kris was SUPER attentive to my needs during my stay and was easy to contact before, during and after my stay if needed. Nice! We enjoyed our stay and found the inside of the house to be extremely clean and nice. However the outdoor patio needs some cleaning. The cushions and furniture was dirty and we had to clean it before we could enjoy the outdoors. A good power wash would do wonders!

Fun We had a great time enjoying the weather and pool. We also spent a day at Legoland and that was great too.

Awesome House, Awesome Experience We needed to get away and this vacation was perfect! The house was very cozy with a great pool and plenty of space. The kids loved the game room too. Literally in the middle between Legoland and Disney, tons to do around the property. We definitely plan on returning one day. Kris did a great job making sure we had everything we needed handled before we got there. 10/10

Perfect Private Family Getaway The home is located in a safe, private neighborhood that is close to the Disney Parks, other Orlando attract, and necessities. Kris provides thorough details about your stay, the home, community, and instructions. The home is private, quiet, and clean especially during these times those are all important. Anything you need is there and if not Kris will provide or direct you to a solution. We will be going back in a few years and will definitely be staying at the home if available.

Great location This property was a great location to Orlando airport, parks and restaurants. The owner Kris was very responsive to all my questions. My daughter loved the pool and was in it everyday!

A Quick Getaway We just got back from a quick pre-Christmas getaway in Orlando. The house is exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and the pool—extras we have not had in previous rentals. The host was very responsive, and we were impressed with the detailed information we received before even arriving at the property. All questions were answered before we even knew to ask! Due to Covid-19, we didn’t go out much. We had a great time relaxing at the house and look forward to staying there again.

The property had every amenity needed- we even cooked our entire Thanksgiving meal here. Our kids loved the pool and game room! Check in check out process Overall the property was a good choice the only thing I will change is the check out time. I was in the impression that the check out time was a 12 but being at 10:00 was way too early so I was not prepared for that specially when you check in is at 3. But overall everything was good.

Vacation was wonderful Our stay was amazing we will be returning for our next vacation to florida we went to sea world and clearwater beach we even went for new piercings 5 mins down the street ice cream pizza chinese food was also 10 min away and great food only thing i think could b fixed would be the screening around the pool besides that awesome stay cant wait to return.

Nice Villa The Villa was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we could want. Really enjoyed our stay. Only down side was a little further from Disney and universal parks than we had expected. Had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

A beautiful home! The home was very nice my grandchildren enjoyed themselves in the pool. I have visited Orlando many times and by far this pool was the warmest for this time of year. I truly loved the ambiance of the home. It was a very quite neighborhood and I was able to find all the stores that I needed in the area. I hope to return and hopefully find a new addition to the home such as a computer and more items in the game room for children under 10 years old. Davenport area was a new experience I definitely would return. I have shared my trip with family and friends which included the photo of the home on Facebook. Good times! This vacation rental was great for our family, we stayed for a full month and our kids sometimes just wanted to stay in and enjoy the amenities. The pool was a blast for the kids (6 and 8years old) and was cleaned regularly. The game room had more options then we were used to in other vacation rentals. Along with the normal Foosball, billiards and air hockey tables it also had a Wii and an Xbox. This room is outside of the A/C, but the fans provided make it very pleasant even in the middle of the Florida summer. The beds were very comfortable, and the mattresses seemed relatively new. It was close enough to all of Orlando's major attractions (less than 30 minutes to Disney, Universal and Sea world) yet far enough away to were the roads near the vacation home were not constantly clogged with traffic. There were several large grocery stores in a 5-6 miles radius, with the closest only being like 2 miles down the road. The rental provided a large amount of towels, which meant we were never short on them or linens. The hot tub in the master suite was very large, comfortable and extremely relaxing. We only found one minor negative, which was relatively unimportant to us as our son is a deep sleeper. The room located in the front of the house has a relatively large intentional opening several feet above the door. This increases airflow, but also lets more noise from the living room into the bedroom. Lastly I wanted to note that we felt very safe leaving our belongings in the house while we were in theme parks for long days. Like most other families these days we traveled with a lot of electronics and never hesitated to leave them in the house. The neighborhood was well maintained and felt very safe. The house is equipped with an alarm system that added to our sense of security even more, which was also tied into the key-less entry system. I have already recommended this vacation home to a couple of colleagues in person and would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great house for staying in Orlando! Perfectly situated for a stay in Orlando, quiet location, large pool and well equipped. Our kids loved the games room too. Kris the owner was easy to deal with and thought of everything.

Magical Florida Sunshine State - Had they pleasure of staying at this wonderful Florida villa for 5.5 weeks between June = July 2016 and will definitely be returning soon. Nice, Cozy home away from home. I stayed there with my 2 kids and my brother. We had a great time. Property management is friendly and reacted fast on issues. We are overall happy to have stayed there.

Great place to stay. We had a great stay at this modern villa in Davenport. The owner, Kris, is a very friendly and helpful guy who responds very quickly when you have any questions. The villa is located in a beautifull and quiet area, close to all the main attractions. The instructions on how to get in were very easy and the villa was really beautifull when we entered! It is spacious, clean, has modern furniture and has a great swimming pool AND game room. We were really dissapointed that we had to leave after one week since we could've stayed here much longer! The only thing we could not find was the bbq, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Kris, thank you and we will be back!!

The home is quite comfortable with 3 bedrooms really and lacking a den which is the 4th mentioned bedroom. Pool area is the best aspect of the home. Bbq facilities and sitting areas outside on the deck were satisfactory. Inside sitting was limited in the living/tv area. Bedrooms quite functional. Overall a great place for the money at the time. House is dated, but comfortable. As for location, superb and accessible for everything we wanted to do.

The service is great, nothing is a problem, some-one always available should you need them. The home is clean & relaxing, it has all the qualities you would look for, regarding a comfortable place with the pool/area to retire to after a day out at the parks or shopping etc. The house is situated in a great location, ideal for getting to the beach or local areas. There are shops situated at the entrance to Westridge which you could walk to, or a short drive to other shops etc. I like best the pool area & peace/quiet of the location, always meet some great people whilst taking a walk around in the evenings.
