We happened to be staying during hurricane Ian and Jolande was accommodating, communicative and so helpful!! House was great - clean and comfortable. 9 adults and a 1 year old and we all enjoyed our time. Property manager was also extremely helpful and great at communicating as well. We’ll be back!” Justin September 2022 A perfect home away from home for our group on vacation, a group of 9 friends and family who had well more than enough room. A welcoming, spacious and updated home with everything we could have asked for. The area is quiet and in a great location, with just about the same travel distance to everything we wanted. Jolande was a wonderful and very communicative host, who was very willing to work with us to make adjustments to our party last minute. We plan to stay again in the future if possible. Very clean and very spacious. The modern technology was a bit confusing and not having access to control the temperature myself was weird though. I liked the handbook provided to explain stuff. It’s possible that I could just be a bit slow lol. I think maintenance and the cleaning system should be revised though cause as a young woman staying in a house with other young ladies it was a bit scary hearing the front door unlock when Everyone was already home. The people were friendly and it wasn’t creepy or anything but Idt any chances should be taken during these times. Love to you all. Russel August 2021 Jolande’s vacation home and property are everything we wanted…safe, beautiful, functional, stocked with needed items, entertaining, and comfortable! As first time (and sceptic) Air B&B customers, we were totally blown away with how easy the process was and the book of instructions to help us navigate our stay in the home we rented. Jolande’s vacation home and property is such a lovely, spacious space where we were able to unwind and relax during our week-long stay. The game room was incredible, stocked with a pool table, ping pong, and a retro amusement gaming system with dozens of one or two player games. The living room TV had a wide assortment of apps and programs suitable for adults, kids, and toddlers. The furniture was incredibly comfortable, durable, and modern. Each day we woke up refreshed and ready to explore Orlando and the nearby farmers’ markets to pick up local foods to make family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. After dinner we were able to cool off in the pool and relax in the spa before retreating to the loft theater to lay back and watch projected movies on the big screen. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit this property again. Jolande made it so easy for us to make lifetime memories with our family…thank you! My boyfriend and I took our kids to Disney. This is our first family vacation and we stayed at Jolande’s home. The house was soooooo nice. We loved everything about it. You literally only need to bring yourself because she supplies you with EVERYTHING!!! I swear I did not want to go home. My kids enjoyed the pool and the game room the most! I have no complaints. Everything is as advertised and definitely surpassed our expectations. It’s about 30 min from Disney and other attractions in Orlando. 10/10 highly recommend. And hosts are super responsive and understanding too. My cousin forgot her Apple Watch and they graciously found it and returned it to her. Definitely recommend. It was the first time my in-laws travelled to Orlando and they were fascinated. The game room and cinema rooms were also very nice and the brand new couches were very comfy. At the end of our stay our flights got cancelled the only thing I regret was not booking an extra day at this place. Jolande’s home is spectacular and every bit of what the pictures entail. Home is very well kept! Pretty much, all you have to bring is yourselves, and toothbrushes lol. It was eight of us and no one stepped on each others toes! Pool area is (the bomb) a lot of time was spent out there by everyone, whole house is . I can go on and on about this beautiful home, but I know ppl just rather you get straight to the point in a review smh lol. So as I said 1st thing... Pictures on the rental are awesome but even better in person! The home had a welcoming feel and had everything you needed. The house was very clean. Jolande was very responsive and took care of everything right away if there was an issue. Waking up and having the screened in pool and jacuzzi right there to jump into was awesome and if you wanted to take a break or eat the lanai was spacious and the big table was great. We also night swam every night. When everyone wasn’t swimming they were in the game room which is also awesome! Or upstairs playing air hockey watching a movie in the theater. There was so much to do and so much space, the 10 of us were never in each other’s way. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2-16 and everyone had the best time! The kitchen was also well equipped and the fridge was also cool (my husband and cousin wanna buy a new fridge now). There were so many towels and linens so you don’t need to worry about that either. When you stay at Jolande’s there’s nothing to worry about. She’s thought of everything you’ve thought of. We will definitely be back and recommend staying here.
