We have pleasure in welcoming you to our stunning contemporary styled 5* luxury villa situated in the wonderful and popular gated community of Watersong.
Overview
Our 6 bedroom 5 and half bathroom home sleeps up to 12 (10 adults 2 children) people plus a baby. Each bedroom have HDTV’s . Free wi-fi and local and national calls. With a fantastic modern, high end kitchen with a small cocktail bar, a 12 seater dining table, perfect for a family meal and catch up after your days adventures. We have two lounge, one where you can relax and read a book or chat and plan you next day and the TV lounge situated near the pool and lanai, where there is a 70" smart tv. The games room has a snooker table, air hockey, table tennis and darts board. The extended pool deck and spa backing on to a conservation area with amazing wildlife. A perfect retreat after busy days in the parks or malls. Have a seat poolside with a cocktail or a beer watching the sun go down.
The Clubhouse has a zero entry pool with spa, a gym, basketball and volleyball courts,pool table, cyber café, sports courts, putting green, picnic areas and a children’s playground. We are close to golf courses and restaurants.
Our villa is located about half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 20 minutes from Disney, 25-30 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. Easy access to the main highways means that you have numerous shops and restaurants within minutes' reach, all of which makes Watersong one of Orlando’s most sought after rental communities.
