The welcoming living room features both Blu-Ray and CD players with surround sound, and a newly installed free-standing gas stove. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. There`s one bedroom on the main floor with one queen-sized bed, plus one full bath. The second floor is an open loft sleeping area with a Blu-Ray player, 1-king sized bed, and 2-twin sized beds. The front deck features a propane heater and a gas grill for your enjoyment, plus there is a private outdoor hot tub in the backyard. Also included is unlimited long distance in the Continental U.S. This pet-friendly and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
