This beautiful 3-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath executive family vacation home includes wonderful natural lighting! The 1st floor is an ad-hoc games room that includes 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds, and a separate laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. The main floor features a great open living/dining area with hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling, and a freestanding gas fireplace. A separate fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, is located just off of the dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath, and a great outdoor deck round-out the main floor. The 3rd floor features a specious master bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, another bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and 1-full bath. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
