Luxury Home, Vista Park

Absolutely loved the home. We come to Orlando most years and stay for a few weeks so we know what is important in a rented home. The main for us is comfortable beds and sofas. The two master suites with huge beds are situated at the back of the home and have balconies which over look the pool area. One of these rooms you get a distant view of the Disney fireworks.
The main lounge downstairs with comfortable sofas has a TV with excellent channels.
The quiet lounge has lots of reading material. The home is really spacious and has lots of bathrooms which is essential if you are staying with friends.
The pool area has loads of sun loungers.
The area is very quiet and ideal to get to the parks etc.
Jackie the owner was so helpful and could not do enough for us.
We hope to book again.

We recently returned from a trip to this villa we were 2 familes together with 11 people in total and the villa was so spacious for us all. The children all had a twin room each which had lots of storage in. Then there was another twin room with an ensuite bathroom this was a jack and jill so you could also access from the landing as was the ensuite with the smaller of the double beds. The main bedrooms were both very large which large showers and a lovely jacuzzi tub.
The kitchen was open plan and there was a dining area although we didnt really use this. The children ate at the small table in the kitchen area whcih had a stone floor so easy to remove crumbs as due to the climate there can be the occasional large bug creeping in. the house is sprayed inside and out though which prevented most.

The laundry room was a godsend to keep all the clothing clean and dried. There was a large garage but the drive was big enough for 2 large cars ( mini van and 7seater SUV) the pool was great and the nets kept out the little bugs. It was so nice to be able to dip in and easy access with the steps to get in and out including a step in the deeper end. The little jacuzzi area was great for the little ones to splash in too as you. There are lots of beds and a table and chairs. There were also several inflatable toys provided which the kids enjoyed the use of.

The area itself was great there was a small parade which had a great steak house called Apple bees throughly recommend. You cant book a table but suggest you turn up earlish especially if in a larger group. The food is delicious and one of the best grills we visited on our trip. In this complex there is a also a supermarket lpublix for essentials ( although 5 mins drive is a massive walmart which has everything from food/clothes and electrics) there is a chemist invaluable. The tourist office is opposite where you can buy tickets if need be with a dennys also there which was ideal for breakfast or lunch.

Take aways we tried chinese bamboo wok which was also located on the parade and super delicious and Dhabu indian which again was 5 mins drive.. again go early these were super busy and the wait could be up to 45 mins or longer for the food as so popular.

Parks wise it is perfect location from universal and disney about 20 mins from these. We also visited busch gardens which was about 1 hour drive but glad we visited it. The outlets were good there was orlando drive was bigger stores and more of them but also enjoyed a nose around vineyard ave which was about 20 mins drive from the villa.

I am certain we will be back again in the near future and would choose this villa again and recommend to others.
