Our privately owned, 5 bedroom villa, is located in the gated and quiet community of Tuscan Hills. Very spacious, and Ideal for families to share a memorable holiday in the Magic of Florida.

This spacious and well presented 5 bedroom villa is a great choice for the perfect family getaway.
The layout of the main kitchen, dining and living area is open plan which allows for greater flexibility for family time - and this leads straight out onto a great sized outside deck area which includes a very convenient dining space under a covered lanai and a pool and spa and outdoor furniture to take advantage of the Florida sunshine or relax after a busy day!
This pool can be heated at an additional cost of $35 per day - please let us know if you would like to add this to your booking.
There are 5 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room.
The bedrooms are all a great size, two of these are Master suites with their own en suite bathrooms, with a a further double room, and two twin rooms.
In terms of facilities the house has everything you will need - a full kitchen is at your disposal which includes a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and a microwave for your convenience.
The house also has a large washing machine and dryer for you to use.
