Stylish 4 Bed Pool Home, Games Room + Arcade, Disney 11 Miles!

5 stars Home was beautiful, spacious, clean, pool was private and lovely. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked utensils in kitchen and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

5 stars This was a great stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, arcade and the rooms. Not one complaint was heard… only they wanted to stay longer!

5/5 Wonderful stay at a lovely home The entire family (myself, hubby and 3 young adult kiddos) loved this home for our spring break stay. The 2 master bedroom set up worked perfectly as our daughter felt spoiled with her own bathroom, spacious bedroom and access to the screened in lanai, which everyone loved! The heated pool was a wonderful feature. The boys enjoyed the game room, especially the pool table and air hockey. We drove easily back and forth to the airport, Sea World and Universal in just about 30 minutes each (despite it being during busy spring break). We even ventured to Busch Gardens, which was about 75 minutes away. This home is in a safe neighborhood with a convenient location, and it is kept in beautiful condition -very clean with contemporary decor and all the needed amenities (including comfy beds). Kate & Matt are terrific! Overall an excellent experience and we can’t wait to come back again!

The property was perfect for our group that was in the Championsgate area for a dance event at the Omni. The location was very close to the venue. We had no trouble accessing the home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. There were detailed instructions available for us that helped us navigate any concerns or questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and was very clean. The pool was so nice and refreshing and very private! The instructions provided was so simple and easy to follow, we didn’t have any issues finding the house or getting inside :) all in all, just what me and my family needed to enjoy a nice long Florida weekend! :)

Matt and Kate where very responsive (sometimes almost immediately) to my many questions! The property is as stated online, the pool was great and I could actually do laps unlike some pools with a different shape. Both beds were surprisingly more comfortable than expected. The home was perfect for us because we didn't want to deal with the Orlando traffic daily whenever when ventured out. There is plenty of fast food and restaurants in the area and Publix is very close by. We were a group of four adults and the only issue we had was the microwave fuse was apparently blown upon our arrival but I didn't notice until late evening; reached out to the owners and they replaced the microwave with a brand new one the very next day! I think they may have set a new standard for my expectations from other homeowners! If you book this home, you will not regret it - I am a homeowner and, am Very Particular of where I stay and lay my head.

We just returned from our vacation and we were very pleased with our stay at Matthew and Kate’s place. We travelled with two adults and four kids and we had more than enough space. We easily could have had another couple stay with us. Kate and Matthew were very responsive to a few questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The stay was great for a quick in and out trip for sports. My family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the stay that felt like home.

I am overall very impressed with the home. We rented this home for our Orlando vacation and while we didn’t spend a substantial amount of time in the house- we enjoyed the time we had there! The temps had dropped the week before and made warming the pool not an option (no one’s fault…mother nature doing her thing), but our teens loved the game room! Personally, the bathtub was my favorite! Perfect to soak and recover after a long day at the theme parks! The layout of the house is fantastic! This home would be ideal for 2 families wanting to share a place together (it has two king masters). Overall, this house allowed us a place to retreat after a long day!

Quiet, pleasant gated neighborhood. Loads of TV channels. Might have to buy an air hockey table when I get home!! A+++

Matthews place was everything we needed and just like the pictures. He was also fast on replying back with any questions we had. Overall great experience.

Great house in a great area!

We had high hopes and expectations, this place was exactly as described and worked perfectly for us. We traveled with four adults and three teenagers for the weekend and the home was comfortable, clean, and in a good location.

We have just returned home from an absolutely wonderful stay in this house... we would have loved to stay on for longer. The photos genuinely don't do it justice. There were 6 of us (2 parents and 4 children aged 13 to 23) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was spotlessly clean, it has everything one needs for a home stay and the pool was super. The pool/rear of the house is enclosed which means you can completely relax without worrying about any mosquitos, etc. This is the first time I've returned from holidays without being eaten alive! It also means there wasn't one insect inside the house at any point - amazing in the Florida heat. It's location is great also once you have the benefit of a car - there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby within Champions Gate and further afield. I will definitely be recommending this house to family and friends if they are planning on visiting this area in the future.

Great Family friendly home! 5 stars This home was great for parents, kids, baby, and grandparents. There was enough room for everyone and there are two master bedrooms that felt like an oasis in the chaos! The hosts were very communicative and we had a great trip!
