Living
The Main floor is open plan, leading from the front door into the Family room with a large screen television, sectional seating and full extending triple paned, patio doors to the large pool deck. On the perfect day this extends to be a very sociable space with a large shaded lanai if it gets too hot.

Additional Quiet seating area consisting of 2 sofas - perfect for reading or chatting. Ideally positioned just off the kitchen, to refresh your coffee or even a snack.

Hidden behind the nearby closet doors you will find a full sized washer and drier for laundry needs including Ironing board with iron. Plus the vaccumn, broom and cleaning items. Any left over food can attract bugs so we ask guests to dispose of garbage in the large grey bin provided and place all trash in garbage bags for the kerb pick up every MONDAY.

Bins may be left at the kerb on Sunday night for the early collection . Recycling is no longer practised in our county so all items - GLASS included must be bagged and discarded with the household rubbish. Unbagged garbage will litter the community and guests will be charged for excess / unbagged garbage.

Kitchen
The full kitchen has been fitted with stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher (white). There is a well stocked range of glassware, cutlery, plates and dishes plus a keurig coffer maker, electric kettle, toaster, cooking pots and kitchen gadgets.

Waste disposal is fitted in the sink for some waste foods, so guests are asked to take care to avoid discarding non-disposal items which may block or break the unit.

2 high stools are at the breakfast bar for additional seating, adjacent to the formal dining table setting.

A start up supply of a small liquid dish soap, dishwasher tabs, washing up-sponge, pack of laundry detergent, roll of paper towel and garbage bags is provided until guest go shopping as this is a self-catering villa.

Dining
The main dining table seats 6 people, with an extending table top insert and 2 more chairs available for up to 8 people.

The table is set overlooking the pool deck and adjacent to the kichen so our 'chef' can be sociable while he/she create your favourite meals or cocktails.

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Bedroom 1: King master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, closet, dresser with television. Patio doors lead to the sunny pool deck.

Bedroom 2 : Queen Master bedroom also has an en suite full bathroom, closet, dresser with television and a full wooden crib. Patio door to the pool deck.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 each have 2 twin beds with a closet, dresser with television. Both bedrooms share a nearby family bathroom with a combi shower-tub , single vanity sink and toilet, with a rear door leading to the pool.

Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

All Linens and Towels provided.

1 x Hair dryer supplied per bathroom.

King Master en-suite has twin vanity sinks, large garden bathtub, walk in shower and separate toilet cubicle.

Queen Guest Master en-suite has twin vanity sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet cubicle.

Shared Family / Pool Bathroom has a combi shower-tub, single vanity sink and toilet, with a back door leading to the pool deck. Practical for guests to use the bathroom from the pool, without dripping water on the living room floor.

Games Room
Games Room has Pool Table, Table Tennis , Foosball and Air hockey table.

Ask the Management for Tennis racquets if you would like to use the court by the entrance gate.

Spectators Hi-top table and stools

Pool
Colored Swimming Towels are in the Pool Bathroom cabinet and the hallway Towel Closet.

Pool / Spa may be heated for an extra fee and is recommended between the October - March winter months. Please enquire at the time of booking to enable the Management Team to switch on the heater prior to your arrival. This can take 24-48 hours to heat the pool in cooler months.

We have fitted a large screen TV in the Lanai so you wont miss your latest drama or soccer team in action.

Outside
The Manor is a gated community within West Haven with a play ground and tennis courts for our guests' use.

The property has open lawns with a white privacy fence at the rear of the property, with enclosed pool deck and lanai.

West facing Pool / Spa, Patio tables and 6 Sun Loungers and 8 Chairs make this home the perfect vacation for everyone.

Garage:

Converted into a games room for our Guests to use on your rest days.

Parking on the driveway is available for 2 vehicles.

Internet:

Free Wi-Fi is available with a Spectrum package and smart tv's to login into various channels.

Baby Equipment:

We have a Full sized wooden crib (with bedding) for our smaller guests - currently in the guest Queen bedroom and a high chair if required.
