Main master suite, overlooking pool area, with en-suite facilities, offering king size bath and large walk-in shower cubicle. His and hers sinks/vanity unit with overhead hollywood style lighting, and hair dryer. Large walk-in closet with rails and racks. New 20" LCD TV with cable
Second Double Suite, with en-suite shower/wc and New 20" LCD TV with cable
One Disney Themed twin bedroom which share a bathroom with bath/overhead shower and his and hers sink unit with hair dryer. Second twin bedroom with 19 inch new flat screen TV.
KITCHEN
With breakfast bar and stools. Fridge/freezer with ice-maker/large hob-oven/microwave, dishwasher/waste-disposal/coffee machine/toaster and a good selection of crockery, patioware, glasses and utensils.

Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board with a drying/clothes line
LIVING AREA
Large, bright open-plan Florida style lounge/diner overlooking pool and lake. A 65 inch LCD TV (with cable), Blu-ray Player, VCR with a selection of videos. Music system with a selection of CDs and tapes and access to Wi-Fi.
POOL AREA
We consider the pool area to be a special feature of our home. The elegantly shaped newly tiled pool and spa with dolphin motifs and handrails into the pool and spa, with new state of the art colour changing underwater lighting, overlook a lake and conservation area, providing a relaxing environment to sit and observe the passing wildlife. Well established planters, large covered lanai and outside seating, with overhead fan. The summer kitchen area provides a large gas barbeque and sink. There is a poolside washroom and outdoor shower.
Designed and equipped for style and comfort, our house is a home from home, providing all you will need for your stay. Just pack clothes and personal items, the rest is there.
Please note this is a non-smoking, no pets home.

We stayed at the villa feb/March as 2 families with 4 children aged 2 and under. The villa was spotless and had all amenities that we needed throughout.
The location was great as disney was only a short drive away. It was all quiet and we felt very safe.
We were glad of the option to pay to have the pool heated.
We can't wait to come back to florida and will definitely be staying again.
