Overview
A fully furnished and equipped detached home close to all the main attractions of the Orlando area. The major theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios are within 15 minutes drive. It is conveniently located for Interstate 4 which provides a direct route to Disney Springs, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild and Universal Studios. It is within easy access, also by the Interstate, to Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, the beaches at Tampa Bay and Daytona and shoppers paradise at the Florida Mall and the Mall at Millenia. There are several golf courses nearby - with the Champions Gate course, designed by Greg Norman, within 5 minutes drive.
The villa is situated in pleasant rural surroundings to the southwest of Kissimmee, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and will sleep up to 8 people. All living space is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. There is an alarm system installed for your security.

Heated Swimming Pool (Resurfaced 2023)
The west facing pool and patio are accessed via the family lounge area or the pool bathroom. The 30'x15' swimming pool is fully screened and can be electrically heated, if needed, for comfort. It ranges in depth from 3' to 6'. The patio area has a table and chairs, including sun-loungers where you can relax and unwind. There is a removable child safety fence around the pool and alarms on the doors. Cot and barbecue facilities are also available.
All local and long distance telephone calls are free of charge. (International calls are not available). Free broadband and WiFi connection.
The pool can be heated if required for an additional weekly charge.

Second time staying at this villa and just as great as the first time. The master bathroom is stunning after a refurb. Communication with the owner is fantastic. This is definitely our go to villa when we go to Florida. Highly recommend for anyone looking. Can’t wait to be able to come back. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second stay in the villa, the bathroom upgrades are really nice, the villa is absolutely perfect for us and we feel like we're at home everytime. The location is great as it is a little away from all the parks but easy to get to and local to all the shops you could need. We can't wait to go back again and will be looking at dates in the next few days. Thank you for letting us use your villa until next time.

The villa was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The place was modern and spacious and had just had some remodelling works carried out to the bathrooms. It was well equipped with every amenity you could think of. The neighbourhood was perfect in a quiet but easily accessible location. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

We had a great holiday based at this villa. We have stayed in several villas in Sunridge Woods but this is the best one. Much bigger than expected with excellent facilities, out door area and barbecue. Great pool which was well used by 6 year old in our family.Situated in a quiet area but within easy reach of Disney. Shops and restaurants close by at Champions gate. Already looking forward to staying here again.

My wife and I have both retired now from careers in UK Air Traffic Control and we have owned our house in Florida from new since 1998. We bought it after a trip to the area where we stayed in one of the villas in the same location. We enjoyed it so much we decided we would like to have a holiday home there. We got talking to other people in the area and decided we would buy and rent out the house to cover some of the costs. We have made some improvements and some upgrades along the way and we try to visit every year to carry out further improvements. We have always had very positive feedback from clients and people seem to enjoy staying at the house. Although it is self-catering we have tried to make it a home-from-home by providing most everything you will need. In 2023, the pool has been resurfaced and the deck repainted. The kitchen and the security system upgraded.
