PET POLICY

$150 Dollar Pet fee per pet

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed

Only official service dogs are exempt from the fee. Documentation should be provided.

Any damages or extra cleanings necessary will be charged.

This property fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is just about 300 feet down the road. No street parking in some areas.
