**POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. They will also have access to the clubhouse and amenities there.-The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and a garage to accommodate one car.

No clubhouse access.

Small charcoal grill provided free of charge.

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY

Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed
$150 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
