Stylish 5 Bed/4 Bath Home, Resort, Disney 6 Miles!

Located just 6 miles from Disney World, this attractive and spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom end-of-row townhome has been recently redecorated with restyled furnishings throughout.

Enter the home and you will find one attractive queen bedroom and one beautiful twin bedroom, both with flat screen TVs. Opposite is a family bathroom with a shower, granite counters, WC and twin sinks.

Continue through to the spacious living area with a stylish formal dining area, an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and an attractive family room with a large L-shaped sofa, two chairs, a large flat screen TV and a ceiling fan.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with stools.

Step out onto the pool deck with a private splash pool, a shaded dining area with a table and chairs set and sun loungers. Please note that the private pool does not have the option of being heated.

Upstairs you will find two stylish king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs. There is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

This beautiful home is an easy walk - just 300 meters - to the resort’s clubhouse which includes an amazing resort-style swimming pool, loungers and seating areas, a kids’ pool, a gym, an arcade and games room with table tennis and pool table, a convenience store and coffee shop, 50-seat cinema with daily show times, tennis court and a kids’ play area.

The property includes a pack & play and a high chair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. There is an allocated parking space in front of the home. Additional cars can park in any unnumbered spaces.

Located just 6 miles from Disney World, the Paradise Palms Resort is located off the US Hwy192 with an abundance of restaurants, shops and dining options available. This home really does offer everything you need for your most memorable vacation yet!

BOOKING TERMS:
1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests plus a baby and this limit MUST NOT be exceeded at any time.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to be in the home.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the Paradise Palms resort. Any limits or closures of amenities at any time are beyond our control.
4. Maximum of 10 guests plus an infant and 3 cars can be registered to the home - we must pre-register all guest names with the resort before you can check in.
5. Sorry, we do not accept young adult only/student groups under the average age of 25.6
6. No pets.
7. No parties, events or gatherings.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT:
POOL HEATING IS $35 PER DAY PLUS TAXES. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat in advance. If you book it after your arrival, please note that it takes around 24 hours to get to temperature and there is a $20 call out to come and switch it on for you.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
