Surrounded by natural ferns, you will be absolutely delighted while staying in this 2-story, 3+ bedroom, 1 ¾ bath family retreat. The first floor features a mudroom with plenty of storage for both your summer and winter outdoor gear, a fully equipped kitchen with new higher-end appliances including a built-in microwave and dishwasher, an open and airy living and dining room area with a breakfast bar, vaulted ceilings with an expansive window area overlooking tall cedars, a wood stove (firewood not provided) for cozying-up to, and nice leather furnishings. There is also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a ¾-bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals an open loft family room with very comfy furniture, 1-set of standard sized bunk beds, (perfect for the kids) a flat screen monitor accompanied by a DVD player, a laundry cubby with a full size stack washer and dryer, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. Just outside on the side deck you’ll discover a private hot tub, and on the generous sized front deck you’ll discover a gas grill. Don’t forget Fido! This pet-friendly, WiFi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (Enforced Maximum Occupancy).

Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
