Passing through into the hallway reveals a combination living room, dinette, and kitchenette area tastefully designed with Berber carpeting and marble countertops. Accompaniments include a bar fridge/freezer, a separate ice maker, a toaster oven, a microwave oven, an electric cooktop, a coffeemaker, and a wet bar, plus a comfy sofa, a large flat screen monitor, and an exterior door that leads to a partially enclosed patio with a private outdoor HOT TUB! Back inside, you’ll discover a mechanical room with a full sized washer/dryer, one bedroom with 2-twin sized beds and an adjoining full bath, a second bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed and an adjoining full bath, and a third bedroom with 1-king sized bed and an adjoining full bath. The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time, and may or may not be present during the time of your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.

This cabin is a monitored family vacation home and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees' actions and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
