Luxurious holiday home, which sleeps a maximum of 9 people, is situated in a quiet lakeside residential area just 15 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and is located only 30 minutes drive from all Disney attractions. It has a wonderful heated/screened pool where you can relax & pamper yourself or take a refreshing swim.
The Villa contains a quiet seating area and formal dining room which seats 6. A fully equipped kitchen, containing oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and large side-by-side refrigerator, breakfast table and all crockery & utensils.
A spacious lounge with 55 inch TV with free view and streaming capability & DVD player, a selection of films and a stereo system.
The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, an ensuite and opens onto the pool area. TV/DVD with streaming capability.
The holiday home has three other bedrooms and sleeps maximum of 9 people with third TV/DVD with streaming capability in third bedroom.
It has a double garage and utility room containing washer and dryer.
It has a luxurious pool with exquisite lakeside views.
It also has air conditioning, optional heated/private screened swimming pool with spa and pool toys, patio furniture including 2 sun beds and 8 chairs, BBQ, an assortment of board games and linen and towels are provided.
Our holiday home is located within 30 minutes drive from Disney attractions including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot and Wet & Wild.
It is also in close proximity to Gatorland, Sea World, Universal Studios and Church Street Station.
Shopping Malls nearby include The Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Festival Mall and Beales Shopping Outlets and Supermarkets such as Publix are within 5 minutes drive or Wal Mart is within 10 minutes drive which enables you to have everything you could possible need to enjoy your well deserved holiday.
Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the east coast are approximately an hour’s drive. Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches on the west coast are approximately two hours drive.
The villa overlooks a large lake but swimming and fishing is prohibited.
Orlando International Airport is just 15 minutes drive from the villa. Sanford International Airport is approximately an hour’s drive.

We are just back from this villa and can’t recommend it enough, the pool area is stunning, overlooking a lake with lots of wildlife. The villa itself was very clean, it contained all the essentials and more, it was perfect for our holiday, the owner was fantastic, he answered all of my questions instantly, I would definitely recommend this villa and I will definitely be back. The general area was quiet and well looked after, it wasn’t close to theme parks, so a hire car is essential, lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

Located near a beautiful lake that you can see from your pool. Host was very helpful and easy contactable would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying on our next return

Had a wonderful time at this well equipped and ideally place villa. Outlook from screened pool across lake with sunsets. Location ideal for places we wanted to go to and only a short easy drive from the airport. Good to have a useable garage for the car ensuring easy loading and unloading. Villa well laid out with everything we needed. Owner very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to Hurricane.

Excellent felt at home as soon as we opened the door pool was lovely and warm and at night watching the 2 bats ( bruce and wayne) flying about watching the sunset was stunning only thing I would recommend would be a hand rail out of pool as mum and dad struggled a bit bur overall loved it had would highly recommend your lovely villa

The villa is situated in a tranquil lakeside residential area, called for the exquisite view of a large unspoilt lake from the pool area where you can relax in the ample patio area while being protected from insects by the pool screen, take a refreshing swim in our wonderful heated pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers provided in temperatures that reach 70°F most of the year round or just pamper yourself in the invigorating spa.
