3 Bedroom House In Buenaventura Lakes

This luxurious and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house, can sleep up to 6 and enjoys a peaceful lakeside position with a westerly aspect that not only ensures the sun is on the pool most of the day, but also provides stunning sunsets at night! Also there is a large space between houses, allowing a little more privacy!

The house is located just off the Osceola Parkway at Buenaventura Lakes and a 15 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and within easy reach of all Orlando’s attractions and theme parks. A large shopping plaza at Buenaventura lakes and a Wal-Mart supercenter are both close by which can provide all your grocery needs. The LOOP is also only 5 minutes from the house with additional shopping malls and factory outlets a further short distance away. The popular International Drive and Highway 192, also close by, have every imaginable type of restaurant, shop and nighttime entertainment.

As you enter the home you are greeted by warm colours and cool ceramic tile. The home has cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. The light, bright and airy open feel of the home is the perfect base for a relaxing, stress free vacation!

The kitchen is at the front of the home and has a large bay style window. This fully equipped kitchen has a mosaic style tile backsplash and versatile granite countertops, and overlooks the family room. There is a full set of stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, toaster, coffee maker and a huge side by side refridgerator/freezer with an indoor water/ice dispenser. There is a contemperary high top table and chairs for in kitchen dining.

The living area is looked on by the kitchen and is a great place to relax! There are also large sliding glass doors that overlook the beautiful pool area and the amazing lake view.

There is a work desk perfect for laptops - and of course there is wifi provided free of charge to all our guests.

There is a large leather sectional couch with room for all the family, perfect for watching movies on the 42" flat screen HD television. Cable television and a DVD player are also provided.

The master bedroom is a true retreat after a busy day in Central Florida. There is luxury furnishings with a queen size bed, dresser and mirror. Also guests can enjoy a large closet. There is also sliding glass doors that open to the pool deck, allowing lots of natural light and views of the pool and lake. The master bathroom has a luxury vanity with granite counter tops and dual stations with dual sinks and mirrors. There is a large walk in shower.

Bedrooms two and three share a hallway bathroom that has a vanity with granite countertop, and brushed steel fixtures. There is a shower/tub combo in this bathroom.

Bedroom two and three both have two twin beds and matching dressers. There are also closets in both bedrooms.

The pool area is the star of the villa. There is a large covered lanai with a patio table and chairs provided for al fresco dining. The pool is larger than average and is the perfect way to cool down after a hot day! In the cooler months the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The view from the pool deck is beautiful! There is a large lake with lots of wildlife. Enjoy sitting on the pool deck at night, after eating dinner and watching the sun set over the lake!

The Osceola Parkway provides relatively traffic free motoring to Walt Disney World, which is just a 20-25 minute drive away. Within a few miles are junctions to major highways such as Florida’s Turnpike and the Greeneway for access to Florida’s south and west coasts.

Florida really is a golfer's paradise, public pay and play golf courses can be found only a few minutes drive away. The nearest golf courses are Remington Golf Course and Kissimmee Bay.
