Superb South Facing Private Pool And Spa

We arrived at the villa the evening before Milton arrived. Other than not being able to buy much food due to all the supermarkets closing everything at the villa was fine. The neighbours did check on us to make sure everything was ok. The only disappointment was the pool, we had paid for it to be heated but the bottom was dirty and appeared to have debris on the bottom. We did contact the property management company who explained that they were dealing with damaged property issues after Milton which we accepted. We were unable to use the pool but did use the jacuzzi. We would recommend the villa which was in a great location for all amenities and parks.

Lovely large 4 bedroom villa in an excellent position within a golf community.
The outside of the villa had just been painted priir to our visit, so it was lovely and fresh looking. The inside of the villa, was lovely and clean and looks to have been painted recently too.
The pool area outside is south facing but the actual pool is on the small side compared to other villas we have rented, which wasn't an issue to us as a couple but may not suit larger families. Additionally some debris from the two palm trees outside the pool screen does find it's way into the pool and deck area which can be annoying although the owner tells me that the screen panels are due to be replaced soon so this may alleviate this problem.
There is a good 65 inch TV in the living room. The kitchen is well appointed, although unusually there is no waste disposal unit.
The garage has not been converted into a games room as stated in the advert, so just be aware if this.
As a golfer it was ideally positioned about a quarter of a mile from the club house of Highlands Reserve Golf Course, which is an enjoyable course to play.
There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive which makes obtaining provisions very easy.
Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this villa and enjoyed easy communication with the owner.

2 weeks in July 24 a late evening arrival was not an issue and a dip in the pool was most welcome. The property is well equipped and clean. A large supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The estate is a mixture of residential properties and rental properties. The area is quiet but with good road links.

We stayed here for 5 nights at short notice. The owner was excellent at communicating and responding quickly. The house was very clean and well looked after. There's an update to the tv in the lounge which is now a huge smart tv and there is an additional sofa in the lounge (making it 3 altogether) which suited our family of 6 adults really well. Kitchen is clean and well equipped and there are plenty of pool and bath towels, all of which looked new. The master bedroom, ensuite and closet are huge and all bedrooms are clean and comfortable. There is 1 ensuite in master bedroom with walk in shower and separate bath and 1 other bathroom upstairs with over bath shower, which the other 3 bedrooms share. There is an additional single toilet downstairs. Very useful utility room with washer, dryer, iron, vacuum and brooms etc. No games in the garage. The pool area is lovely and not overlooked. Plenty of seating. Pool heat was perfect as it took the cold edge off but doesn't make it hot.
All in all it was a lovely stay and we would recommend to any future renters.

Fantastic villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is ideal for travel to parks etc. Everything you can possibly need is available in this villa. Great communication with owners. Will definitely be returning.

A lovely villa in a great location. Everything that you need is provided, it was very clean & the pool was great.
If we return to Florida we would definitely check if this villa is available.
