The home was immaculate, easy to get to the parks perfect location for shopping. The pool was hot and crystal clear. We rented for three months in 2018, part of 2019 and booked for 2020 for three months. Would definitely recommend this home. Home owner and management are quick to resolve any issue. Home is well equipped and cannot wait to get back in January 2020. Thank you Valerie G. for sharing your beautiful home with us. The location is close to shopping, Disney World and a lot of great restaurants. It was cleaned when I arrived and the pool was always cleaned and maintained once a week. Excellent floor plan, everything functional and clean. The host Valerie was accessible along with the property management that really wasn’t needed because they left perfect and detailed instructions on accessing the property and all the security details. My crew and I really felt comfortable and felt at home. The home is so conveniently located near shopping plazas, and restaurants. We will book again in the future! It’s an ideal base for families to explore everything that Florida has to offer. The villa itself can’t be faulted and our kids absolutely loved the pool & spa area, perfect for after a long day in the parks! The owners Peter and Valerie were brilliant from booking till the day we left, nothing was ever a problem. Fantastic stay and hopefully we’ll be back again!! “Ideal accommodation all round!” Reviewed 15 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017 Perfect and more than adequate for a family of 5. Clean, spacious with a fantastic pool area and all mod cons. Stable and fast internet for those who need to stay in touch without th home. Close to US27 so quick access to wherever you wish to go and most parks within 15 minute drive. Owners very helpful and quick to respond to queries. They were more than accommodating and assuring during the recent hurricane Irma and allowed me to overstay and stay safe while it passed! Disney vacation 2017” Reviewed 13 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017 The vacation rental was perfect for our family of eight . No complaints only 10 minutes from Disney. The kids loved the pool which was very clean n well maintained. The club house on property only a few blocks away with a pool n gym if you need to get a workout in. Way better than an hotel. The home comfortably sleeps 8, has a fully equipped kitchen and an awesome pool. It was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney, and maybe half an hour to Universal (if that). Close to all amenities (Walmart, Target, TJ Maxx, restaurants, etc). The owners Valerie and Peter were great as well with timely responses/communication and answering any questions beforehand. “Owner, very responsive Nice Place” Reviewed 3 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017 This was our first time booking a rental home via an online platform(but have booked rental homes many times before) and all went well. The owner of this property was extremely responsive on all communications, which was very appreciated. The home is nicely decorated, and well placed for getting to the parks. We did not feel we were too far away. We did pay for heat on the pool, and I am sure it was user error, but it didn't seem to change temp and was cool - and to be fair, I never reported this as we used the pool on the second day, and didn't use it again as we spent most of our time in the parks. Just a tip if anyone does rent this property, bring or buy soap and toilet paper! While there was some TP on the roles in the 2 bathrooms, it was not a full roll and there are not "back up rolls" provided. (and with 8 people in the house....) The management office (NOTE not the owner, as they have always been kind and professional!) stated to me "this is not a hotel, we don't provide TP). Good news, there are two drug stores within walking distance, or quick drive - just be prepared. We did rate the property a 5 - as again, I can state enough the owners were responsive, kind, and professional! The home was well kept, clean, neat and location was good. On-site mgmt, was ok. Awesome home” Reviewed 29 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017 My family and I visited Orlando in the second week of March 2017, we rented this house 4 adults and 2 children we all loved the house and pool area, the house was fully equipped with everything we needed plus a few extras. I would recommend this home to anyone thinking about renting in the area. Near Disney and Universal . Within 10 days after returning home we received our security deposit back. Amazing Home"” Reviewed 16 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017 We just recently stayed 5 nights in this home and it was just amazing. There were 8 of us from 15 to 47. There was plenty of room for all of us and more if need be. The home was very clean and well equipped. The pool was awesome along with the hot tub. The owners were great as well. Valerie was very informative, quick to respond and just a really sweet person. As well as the property manager. Mr My family and I just left the villa today and we didn't want leave. The house was beautiful and very clean. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool/hot tub. You can't beat the location. You're away from all the hustle and bustle but just a short 25 minute drive from all of the entertainment and sites. We can't wait for our next vacation and stay. Booking was the easiest I've found and you don't have attend a 2 hour time share presentation. Highly recommend.

Lovely Vacation Home - As advertised We stayed in the community of Glenbrook, within 20 minutes to Disney. The home was exactly as advertised, with ease of getting into it. Just put in the code and you are in! The home was clean and for a fee, they put up a Christmas for our family as we visited over Christmas. The garage was stocked with a pool table and Air hockey and pool toys. The pool/Spa area is fully screened in so quite relaxing and offers some privacy. We were shocked how much hotter it was outside the screened area. Remember this is in a subdivision so houses all around but this property has a large hedge at rear. Within the community, they have a club house with a larger pool, tennis court, volley ball court, table tennis, work-out gym and a common room. We went there a few times and no one was around. I called the Property Mgr a few times in regards to the pool/Spa water level. Was told that was normal, however every time we went into the Spa/Hot Tub, the level would go below the jets causing a lot of spray. They finally came and put some more water in the pool the second last day of our 10 day stay. Overall, very happy with the home and what it offered. The negative of our trip, and this isn't about the house, is that Orlando is WAY TOO BUSY the last two weeks. The parks are crazy busy, the highways are crazy congested, the grocery store (Walmart) was packed ALL the time, the lines ups are huge!!! We wish we just stayed at the house and relaxed around the pool. I would have given a 5-star if not for the pool issue. Thanks Orlando Villa's for taking our requests and working with the homeowner in regards to the Christmas tree...my 7 yr old was thrilled to see it!!

Even better than expected. Left on Dec 13, 2015 for a stay in Nov 2015 We just had 2 weeks at this amazing house with ages ranging from 18 up to 50s. . I can't fault it in anyway. The owner Valerie was so helpful at the time of booking and the people that looked after the house were also very friendly and helpful. The younger ones in our group loved the games room which had billiards, air hockey and electric darts. The pool area was great and it was so nice to come home to a relaxing jaccuzi after a tiring day in the parks. The kitchen and laundry were both very well equipped for 8 people. The area itself was well kept and peaceful. I would highly reccomend the home, especially for families and mixed age groups as it caters for all. Extra bonuses Close to Walmart No need to pick up keys after a tiring journey as we were giving a code number to open door Excellent laundry room so no need to bring loads of clothes. Large sofas so we could all be comfortable in the evenings. Coffee machine. Quiet street so sleep was good Close to most parks and loads of places to eat or shop on way home.

Amazing Left on Nov 3, 2015 for a stay in Oct 2015 A little far from Universal Studios, but most houses are, this house was definitely worth it!! My family (spouse & 3 children) found this villa in Clermont, perfect choice for families near all the fun parks, as we arrive at villa was very impressed with cleanliness, bedrooms was good sizes tvs in all rooms plus games room was good for kids & adults. The pool was nice & clean also jacuzzi could not fault it, forgot to mention kitchen, it also has every facilities as your own kitchen would have at home, the clubhouse 5mins down from it, has gym swimming pool and all the facilities a family want for day out, this is one villa would always come back too.

8 of our family had a great time in Florida, this villa was also great, near parks, big games room, bedroom nice sizes, very clean, nice swimming pool heated and Jacuzzi, lovely in the evening with glass of wine, RECOMMEND
