Overview
This bright and roomy luxury villa is situated on the Glenbrook Resort.
This villa has everything you need with luxury upgraded furniture.
It is only 10 minutes from the Disney entrance and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
There are two large supermarkets within 2-5 minutes and bars and restaurants are within 2-10 minutes.
There are four double bedrooms as follows
1 king with ensuite bathroom and hair dryer. Patio doors opening onto the pool area!
1 queen with patio doors opening on to the pool area!
2 sets of twin bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD and one of the twins has a VCR combi. All linen and towels are provided.
The family area has a TV and DVD, CD player . There are also some DVD films, books and board games and iPod docking station.
There is a sectional sofa suite. There are patio doors from the family area leading out on to the pool and spa area - which is also furnished with high quality patio furniture.
The Kitchen and dining area are again fully equipped. There is a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal, water filter tap attached to the sink, dishwasher. All utensils are supplied. There is a wash room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining area has table and chairs with two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The pool and spa area is north facing and fully screened. BBQ can be hired from the clubhouse at extra cost but this has to be used outside the pool area on the grass to avoid damage to the pool deck. (pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge of £150.00 per week).
The large double garage has been converted into a Fully Equipped Games Room - Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table,Bar table and 2 bar stools.
There is a 2 car driveway.
There is also a safe in the villa, the code will be provided at an extra charge.
Prior to your arrival a print of your credit card will be taken for breakage cover of $500 this is refundable if no damage. A print of your credit card is compulsory.
Glenbrook Resort Facilities
There is an on-site concierge. My Management Company which look after the villa are in the USA are also on call if there are any queries. The Concierge in the clubhouse can answer any queries about with park tickets and information. There are no keys at the villa you have a door code and an alarm code set specifically for you, this is given to you prior to you arriving and changes for each guest so you do not have to drive around trying to find your Management company to provide the keys and then go in another direction looking for your villa! It is all very easy, you just drive straight to your holiday villa - so dont worry if you arrive late!
The villa also has the security of a burglar alarm.
I also have free WIFI for your use at the villa so feel free to bring your laptops.
The Clubhouse has a gym/fitness room, games room and a media room with internet access free of charge. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with mushroom waterfall, a large sun decking area with sun-relaxers, patio tables and chairs and sun parasols. There are also tennis and basket ball courts and a kiddies play area.
All the parks and major attractions are easy to get to from Glenbrook and are all very near.
Disneys entrance is only 10 minutes away. Other attractions are between 10 and 20 minutes away.

We had a great time in Orlando. The villa is as described and close by to everything you need. The kids loved the games room. We had an issue with the pool after Milton but Alana was very proactive in letting us know the situation and it did get rectified so we were able to enjoy the pool for some of our stay. We could also use the communal pool which was nice too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great area, easy access to and from the 192/I4 for getting about. Thought it was a well presented and maintained villa and will most definitely be looking to stay on another visit to the area. Alana was quick in responding to any query we had and also was quick to make sure we were ok for the impact of Hurricane Milton. A shout out to Richard & Sandra for checking in with us also for some tips i preparing for the Hurricane. All good and very appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. The boys loved the pool and the games room and the area was peaceful and quiet and not too far from all the excitement so a nice balance. Lots of shops and food options nearby so all bases were covered and we would definitely book the villa again next time. Communication with the owners and management was quick, easy and helpful so no complaints at all. Best wishes until next time.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Orlando that’s close to everything & a perfect home from home, then book Elite Paradise Villa!
We stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2024 & it was perfect. The Villa itself was a home from home, it had everything that was needed, plenty of space & a lovely pool area too.
It was close to everything, Disney was only 20/30 minutes & Universal was only 35/40 depending on traffic.
Within 15 minutes you had so many different fast foods, restaurants & shops, Maccies, Burger King, Wendys, Taco Bell, KFC, Olive Garden, Flippers, Outback Steakhouse, Walmart, Walgreens, Publix, Aldi, and much more, to many to list.
Alana the owner was incredible at replying and answering any questions that we had, couldn’t of asked for someone better to communicate with.
We will definitely be returning to this Villa

Thank you for allowing us to stay at the Villa. The Villa was in a perfect location for all the attractions that we were visiting. Check in and out was easy and it was lovely to be able to kill some hours at the clubhouse before the flight home. My little boy enjoyed the tennis courts. Alana was very helpful ensuring there was a travel cot and high chair for my baby. She also gave us some tips about the restaurants. Our favourite take away was the Chiense on site. It was delicious and very reasonable price.
Overall we had a lovely stay if I was to suggest an improvement, I would recommend putting thicker curtains in the two single bed rooms. It was very bright in the rooms early hours which made it difficult to sleep. Although my children didn't mind that meant extra time in the games room/garage before heading out.
We loved visiting Florida and will return! Thanks again.

I’d been out to Orlando to attend a wedding and stayed in a villa quite a way out from Kissimmee and enjoyed the freedom of having my own pool and relaxing in the evenings rather than staying in a hotel. On my return home I promptly started looking into buying my own villa. I flew back out on a 3 day turn around and chose the plot that my villa is built on chose the style of building I wanted putting on it then ordered furniture and decoratives from an interior designer. It was an exciting time and a year later it was built and I closed on it. I love that it’s close enough to drive to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful so I can float around in the pool just relaxing and loving life ❤️
