Our home is the perfect spot for you to relax and have fun. This newly renovated, spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath home is tucked away in great neighbourhood just 1 block to the Halifax River.

With a modern look and feel, you will enjoy the vaulted ceilings, large kitchen and comfy sofas. In the garage is a washer and dryer. Large 6 chair dining room table along with recliner sofas in the living room

Relax in the big pool, read a book on the deck, or make a drink and hang it in the outdoor Florida room! Comfortably sleeps 6 in one King and two Queen beds.

Walk to the park just down the street or take a short ride to either New Smyrna or Daytona Beach. The beach is 10 minutes away and the International Speedway is a 20 minutes' drive.

There are lots of local bars and restaurants in the area including right on the river front. You can rent a boat or take a charter fishing boat.

Daytona Beach is only a 5–6-minute drive and don't forget Bike Week and Jeep week on Main Street if you want a real fun experience!
