Our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeps 6 and has its own 12ft x 24ft swimming pool. It is situated on the Fairways lake development just a short distance from Walt Disney World drive
Overview
Our villa is in an ideal location known as the four corners situated at the west end of US192 on a 9 hole golf course and overlooking a putting green and ornamental lake.
We offer free high speed fibre optic Wi Fi access and a safe for all valuables.We are also within short driving distance to the other main theme park and attractions. We are close to shops and restaurants but the site is still peacefull. There is access to a 400 acre lake with barbeque area and tennis and basketball courts. A community swimming pool is also available. For more challenging golf the Orange Lake course is nearby.
A large Walmart store is 5 minutes north off US 27 as well as McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bells and Papa John Pizzas for take aways. Restaurants such as Chillis, Longhorn steakhouse and Applebees are also close by.
Helpfull information is available in our home such as directions to major attractions and areas of interest.
Entrance is via code so no need to collect or return keys.
Accomodation details
We have recently modernised our kitchen with granite worktops and new small appliances.
The lounge has a new suite. There is also smart TV with Netflix,Disney + and Roku channels There is also a DVD and C.D Player.
A second seating area leads out via patio doors onto the covered lanai and pool deck. A table and chairs provide a dining area for alfresco dining and sun beds for relaxing
The second double bedroom has large closets and the use of the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. There is a smart TV in each bedroom.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a walk in closet with smartT.V
The large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and vanity unit and a door for access to the pool area. It also has a large walk in closet with a safe. The bedroom also has smart TV. and a hairdryer.

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. It was well laid out and had everything we needed. The owners were always quick to reply to messages regarding our stay. Would highly recommend this property to others. The location of the property was ideal for getting to local amenities and theme parks.

We had a great stay here from the very start Lesley was very friendly offering us late check out as she knew our flight was likely to be later. The villa it's self was easy to find. we have stayed in this area before so we knew it was near a Walmart and had several restaurants in the area.
The villa it's self was very clean, I like to walk around in socks and usually in villa's they get very grubby but this was not the case. This villa had a very homely feel to it, you just know this is someones holiday home with the family photos and the small touches such as a laundry basket! villa's never have laundry baskets. There was tea and coffee and a very well stocked kitchen, we just choose not to use it this time. The pool was lovely and warm as it gets the sun for a good portion of the day and again the pool area was very clean. We only used one bedroom on this trip but found the bed very comfortable.
We were traveling home just as hurricane Helena was due to hit and Lesley reached out to use to let us know the villa was available if we needed it which gave us a nice peace of mind.
We really loved it here and are hoping to book again for a future family trip.

The villa is really lovely and had everything we needed. It was very clean and felt homely. It is in a great location for the shops, restaurants and Disney. Lesley was very kind and offered us a late checkout which was really appreciated as there was no rushing the morning we left. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to stay again in the future.

Very enjoyable stay unfortunately the weather was not very good, very quick response from the owner loved the fact that there was a decorated Christmas tree put up in the living room as we were there over Christmas. It would have been good to have a email address contact the management company as it was impossible to contact them using the number provided, in the end I had to contact Lesley the owner for something the management company could have delt with in minutes.
