The villa is ideally located in a golfing community and situated near the golf course. Only 15 minutes away from Disney World and other major attractions. Our villa has all the comforts that you would expect on your vacation making your stay feel comfortable and relaxed. The villa is fully air conditioned and with free WIFI and internet access. Sliding patio doors open out onto the large covered lania and private pool area with table, chairs and sun loungers, after a busy day at one of the numerous local attractions, it really is a great way to relax by the pool. Our private pool can be heated if needed at an additional cost. There is a large community pool, basket ball court and tennis court on the estate.
The management company is nearby to assist with any help you need and answer any questions or concerns that may arise.
Access to the villa is available from 5pm on day of arrival. The villa needs to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

This villa is amazing, the photos do not do it justice. We had the most amazing time and could not recommend this villa any higher. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and exactly what we were after. Thank you so much to the owners whose communication was excellent and always there to answer any questions. Only thing was the pool which was not cleaned in the entire 2 weeks we were there but that was not the owners fault but the management company. We loved it and hopefully will be back in the coming years. Best villa I’ve stayed at in Orlando.

This is a beautiful Villa on a lovely Golf Community
The villa over looks a lake .. you see the golfers leaving in the morning on their buggies from the pool area
There are plenty of sunbeds & chairs around the pool & a big table to eat on in the evenings
The villa is lovely & the master bedroom & bathroom are big
The kitchen has everything you need for your stay
The couches could do with upgrading as they are a bit dated
The dryer needs a good clean as it was taking ages to dry anything
The owner was very good at communicating with us over changes that had happened
All in all we had a lovely week here after travelling around the USA for 2 weeks
