6 Bedroom Executive Villa At The Dales At Westhaven

The villa is absolutely stunning both inside and outside.
The villa was immaculate when we arrived and the photos on the website really don't do it justice.
We all enjoyed the pool, especially my grandchildren who spent as much time as they could in it. Us adults loved the hot tub, it was so relaxing and refreshing.
Communication with the owner was exceptional, who always responded to any questions we had.
I could not recommend this villa enough, it was my 8th time to Florida and hands down it was the nicest villa we have stayed in.

A spacious villa in a secure gated community, south facing large pool deck and large pool with attached jacuzzi. The villa could do with soime updating and looks 'tired'. All the beds bar 2 singles upstairs need mattrass replacements, they all creaked and moaned and are clearly past their lifespan. The dishwasher was insecure and we had to request wine glasses. There were cockroaches most days and we had to request the bug spray people, they came the same day but at 8pm, grandchildren were in bed so some rooms had to be missed and a further visit rearranged.
The pool temperature was a bit erratic and the pool light not working, the management company were contacted, the pool temp was resolved but it took them 7 days to replace the light. They did not reply to any of our requests so just as well we were in when the repair people turned up.
It has good wifi, a huge main TV and further sets in the bedrooms, a pool table on the landing, poolside furniture but no barbeque. The villa manual is all online and a printed copy would have been much better.
The villa is 6 bedrooms and could be absolutely stunning but it does need updating.

This was our second stay at this villa we were 2 families consisting of 7 adults and 2 children. On first view the villa was just as beautiful as our last visit in 2018. However we noticed the villa was looking a little unkempt in places and I feel this is down to the management company. Rentals such as this will have lots of usage and as such requires a certain amount of up keep, which I believe the management company are not fulfilling. The pool looked murky and had a film, we did report this and the managment team manged to clean the pool after the hurricane however in opinionit requires a deep clean as the bottomof the pool was still dirty. We did contact the management team on a number of occasions to report different issues, they did respond effectively and that makes a difference when trying to enjoy your limited time. Anthony the owner called us as hurricane Milton was forecast and we did report the issues to him and he was very good, I provided him with our views on the how the management team seem to be slacking a little and he stated he would speak with them. Our overall experience this time was impacted due to some of the issues however it is still a beautiful villa in a beautiful location and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We have already booked to return for next year as I know if we encounter any issues they will be rectified without issue. This is by no means a negative review, it is an honest review to reflect that yes rentals will require upkeep and how important it is that when issues are raised they are dealt with which they were. If you are looking for a villa that is close to the parks, close to places to eat and shop, has a large pool, quite and safe gated community, an owner that is responsive, has everything you could possibly need then this villa is definitely one to book. We are already booked to return and would not hesitate to book again! Thanks Anthony best wishes Aaron.

Amazing stay - been a long time coming having booked for 2021 and postponed a few times due to COVID-19. The location was superb, within easy reach to many Disney parks via the I-4 and not many tolls in this area which was a bonus. Cockroaches and other bugs were annoying but this was common amongst other villas we’ve hired in the past. The rooms were roomy, bathrooms stunning and the pool was perfect! The communication with Anthony was top-notch - speedy and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we definitely will be back. Thanks once again.
