** POOL SPA
HEATING There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY
Pets are allowed and there is a fee of 150 dollars per pet, if we find unauthorized pets we will keep your deposit. All extra cleanings and damages will be charged.

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and overflow parking on the road.

** BBQ GRILL/VACATION GEAR
We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill upon request for $30 dollars. If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements. The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm.
