Overview
Welcome to House near the Mouse! Located on Davenport Lakes, just off US27 South, by the side of Lake Davenport and a short distance from Disney main gate. The Community facilities for use by guests are a large Community Pool, Basketball, Tennis Courts, Picnic area and Children's play area. The villa is open plan with the living area comprising of family space with ample seating, 60-inch flat screen HDTV, cable channels and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate laundry area with washer and dryer. The dining room overlooks the pool, has an entertainment system, 50-inch TV and X Box One with games. The bedrooms comprise of a master suite with adjoining bathroom, Queen bedroom, double bedroom, twin room and second bathroom. All rooms have flat screen TVs, DVD players and cable channels with ample storage space. For guests the Games Room is a welcome addition, with a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts, and a corner bar with stools. The privately screened Swimming Pool and deck is accessed through the patio doors in the dining room. The deck area has plenty of sun loungers and chairs for our guests to enjoy the day long sunshine.
