The home was emaculate. Perfectly situated in a quite neighbourhood and surrounded by small lakes. The wild life was spectacular. We saw some ducks, swans, Eagles and Hebron. We totally enjoyed the south facing pool with the pond view. The kids had a blast. This home is very affordable considering we where four families of four. It was all exceptionally clean and the furniture seemed all new. The home was just right for us. We never expected such a beautiful home. We have rented several villas in the past few years and none comes close to this one. One thing for sure we will be contacting Salvo for our next Florida vacation. The owner is so cordial and ready to answer all of our questions prior our decision of renting. The key pick up was made so smooth with the Management Company. Our two weeks stay was the most enjoyable, memorable and trouble free. The pool area was super clean. The home also had a washroom connected to the pool area, so convenient. Let me not forget the seven bathrooms through-out the home. Like I said we have rented several villas around the disney area and I know how much the rental cost are for a seven bedroom homes that sleeps 16 are worth. By the way the our kids totally enjoyed the Disney rooms. What a vacation! You can't beat these prices, let alone the quality of home that you get with it. Super deal, super owner, super home. I am telling all my family and friends about this gorgeous, spacious and incredible home. So much space, we had a party of 14 and still room to spare. All rooms are well decorated with very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was fabulous with all new appliances. We needed a big home to have our family reunion and we did not miss our opportunity by deciding with this home rental. Salvo was a real gentleman by responding quickly and adequately to all of our questions prior to our decision. He presented us a deal that was not compared to the other homes on the market. It seems like all of the furniture was new. The pool area was incredible. Again enough room for all of our party to enjoy the pool area without getting too tight. The back view of the pool is a one of a kind, overlooking the pond. The home is situated in an ideal place within the gated community that actually benefited all of our family, there also was a playing ground for younger kids and soccer field within a few feet of the home. I can't say enough on this home and if anyone is willing to rent, I highly recommend it to any one. Thanks Salvo for permitting us to rent from you. I will be back.
