Great" This house was the best house I have ever rented in Kissimmee. Very clean with a very nice layout The best part of the house is that every room has there own bathroom and shower. I would highly recommend thus to families. I will rent this place again. Also great price. I am giving this home a five star rating through-out for cleanliness, value, comfort, location, check-in and out, service, ect... This is a must see home to really appreciate it. You will not be disappointed but will be really amazed of what it may offer you. The gated community has a fabulous location and near to many restaurants and shopping, let us not forget that it is a 10 minutes drive to the Disney theme parks. Dont hesitate, you will be surprised on this beautiful kept home with unique high quality furniture.

Great Left on 02/01/2014 for a stay in October 2014 This house was the best house I have ever rented in Kissimmee. I cannot say more but you must stay in this home to really appreciate what there is to offer. Make your vacation be an unforgettable one. Don`t take the chance with other homes that are less quality and more expensive, this is the one!

There was lots of pictures and information provided before arrival and everything at the home met our expectations. The key pick up was simple with very friendly staff. We like the location. Very simple to get to all the Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by as well. It was hard to find a home suitable for 7 adults. We didnt want Disney themed rooms with single beds. This house had 3 rooms with queen or king beds all with individual bathrooms. A perfect house if you are travelling with groups or adults. We would highly recommend this home to others. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Lovely gated community. Salvo was brilliant from start to finish. Couldnt have asked for a better man to deal with. At times I taught he was to good to be true and was afraid when we got there that the house may have not existed but it did. This house would suit everyone. Salvo gave us a deal that was to good to turn down, and I can honestly say that when I go back to Orlando, this is the house I will stay in. Wont ever need to look around again as this place is a gem and couldnt find better. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Date of Stay November 26, 2013 Helpful votes:3/3. My friends and I went to Kissimmee for a girls shopping trip and decided to rent a home as opposed to a cramped hotel room. We picked this one for the location and the pictures portrayed it to be clean and beautiful. It really was! The furniture was large and solid and all modern. The beds were so comfy and 3 bathrooms was ideal for a bunch of girls. If you wanted to cook, everything you could want or need is provided. Salvo was wonderful to deal with, always prompt and accommodating. I asked for pool heat and it was so warm it was like walking into a bath tub! Of course we also made use of the hot tub, which could easily accommodate 4 people. Cumbrian Lakes is a lovely gated community off a quiet street but so close to everything. Theres a super Walmart not 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants and shopping right on the 192. I would gladly recommend this home to anyone, whether on a shopping trip like us or a family vacation. Could easily accommodate 2 families sharing. I would definitely book again for my next trip. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

There was ample room for everyone and because of the houses layout we all had our privacy. Its so wonderful having your own bathroom! I was impressed with the level of cleanliness. Everything was spotless, which is especially important when you have small children. Clean bathrooms, clean bedrooms, clean kitchen, all impeccable. The furniture and appliances all look new. The whole house is tastefully decorated, and has a warm, welcoming feel. The beds are huge and comfortable, we slept so well! The kids even slept well, which is not always the case when we stay in a stuffy hotel room. The kitchen is open-concept with high ceilings. We cooked a few times and found everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc..). Theres a dishwasher so no one had to wash dishes. The patio and pool area is impeccably maintained. Getting up in the morning and going for a dip while the coffees brewing- now thats a vacation! Wonderful vacation home, felt like it was all just waiting for us! It made such a difference to stay in this place. Cant wait to rent it again! Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Date of Stay February 3, 2013 Helpful votes:8/8. The home was IMMACULATE. Our kids had a blast in the pool and we had a very relaxing spa. This home had everything you ever expected. As soon as we entered the front gates we had the sensation of being very secure and were impressive. The Management Company were very punctual and professional. They gave us a explanation how to get to the home, keys, emergency phone number, access code to the gate, access code to internet ect.... Very close to the Disney gates and close to many restaurants and any type of shopping on highway 192. Let us not forget the Wal-Mart. The home was very impressive and exceptionally clean. We have also noticed all the high quality furniture and comfortable beds. Flat screen t.v. in all the rooms. Beautiful pool table in the game room. Thank-you Salvo for being so cordial even as we decided to book with your home. Very good quality home for money you spend, which is very comparable to an Hotel. By the way, thank-you for the good deal you gave us, it was an offer we couldnt refuse. We will definitely being staying in your home next year. It was a vacation we will never forget (including the home).
