Royal Palms Mansion is located in Kissimmee, Florida near Route 192 (one minute away). It is 10 minutes from Disney Theme Parks like Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney MGM studios, in a upscale neighborhood. Close to Sea World, Universal dinner shows etc it is ideally located for exploring the central Florida region. There are many restaurants on route 192 ranging from McDonald's to Medieval Times that cater to every palate and budget.
This luxury villa has space: about 2350 square feet to spread out in with 4 bedrooms (of which 2 are en-suite Bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen and Game Room. The villa can sleep 10 people and it is furnished tastefully to a high standard. It is fully air-conditioned, there is free unlimited Wi-fi internet access in the Villa and free unlimited phone calls to Canada and USA. Any Boats or RVs are not allowed in the development.
The Game room features Pool, Air Hockey, Playstation 2, ping pong, darts etc. A fresh set of Towels, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave and conventional ovens, quality fresh linen in bed and all pots and pans are furnished for your use during the stay in the villa. we have a Washer Dryer for laundry and the Villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a TV in every bedroom along with a drawer chest and the family room has a TV and a DVD Player as well. There is a pack-n-play for kids, all free. Additionally, we provide a digital safe for your use. The pool is larger than usual, not overlooked, and it gets the sun pretty much most of the day.

Spacious and comfortable place to share as a family the pool was my favorite. Everything the same as the description is a quiet place. I would rent again for the next vacation. Congratulations to the host!
This place was everything the host stated. Easy check in process. Clean pool! Easy check out process, needed an extra hour and host granted us more time with no problems. 10/10 will stay here again.
Gautam's home was very spacious with a convenient floor plan and all we needed to keep us quite comfortabe for the two weeks we stayed. It was a great value in a wonderful location, close to everything you could possibly want to do on an Orlando and theme park vacation. Perfect for a family with kids and teenagers; Or couples wanting to share a vacation together. We highly recommend and plan to return for a longer stay next winter if available
Nice spacious home in a great location.This home accommodate my family well we even started making plans for next year .The host was most helpful and responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. The home owner even email to check in on us to see if everything was going well (which it was) and that made my day because that have never happen in all my vacationing travels.Thanks again for the experience. Absolutely fantastic villa in a great location jusy minutes from Disney (10 minutes at most) really clean luxurious property. Our second holiday here and we will be back in the future. Really has everything you could need to have a magical holiday. Very large property in a very quiet area close to supermarkets and restaurants Spotlessly clean on arrival and gets the sun all day super relaxing home from home
We have just had a great holiday staying in Royal Palms Villa. Lovely villa in great location for all parks etc. very clean and safe area to stay, Owners very friendly ,efficient and pleasant to deal with and hiring straight forward.
Great location and service PM very helpful and also the owner any question was always answered.
Perfect location, and perfect amount of space for the 8 of us. We will stay here again when returning to Orlando.
We are local to Fl and stayed here for 2 weeks due to a delayed closing. Our stay was very comfortable, considering we were not on vacation. The kitchen had what was needed to cook and plenty of space. The pool was refreshing (cloudy the first day, local contact took care of that the next morning). Cons-could be updated BUT I cant be serious with that as we are in another BNB for a few weeks that's stuck in the early 90s. Out of the 2 we have been to this month. I would hands down stay with Gautam again.
Guatam was a great host. He proactively reached out to ensure my stay was going as planned and was very responsive. I would stay at his hike again and would recommend it to others.

My house is quite close to Disney and my family enjoys the large swimming pool tremendously. The area is nice and quiet but close to everything.
