With designer-style all white cabinetry, marble top counters, full breakfast bar and poolside server window, the kitchen area enjoys wide-open views of the sundeck and waterway. A large utility room includes family washer and dryer.

Master bedroom suite features king-size bed with full dresser, overhead ceiling fans and TV - doors lead out to the pool & sundeck with views across the waterway. An en-suite bathroom has fully tiled walk-in shower & separate bath, twin vanity units & toilet.
