This place is perfect to bring a group down to go tarpon fishing. Just a great setup with an easy going property manager.

Our family loved this house. We had more the enough room for 7 adults and 1 pre teen. The sunsets are amazing at this house. The house is furnished with everything you need. We were able to cook many meals in the spacious kitchen. The owners really thought of everything. The elevator was nice to have for our mom that uses a walker and couldn’t take the stairs. The island is beautiful and the people are super friendly.

Had a fantastic stay, the house is perfect for a larger group on a Team Building Fishing Trip. The house is outfitted extremely well with everything you need and the pool is a great way to cool off after a long day catching giant snook!

What a great property and host! This property was better than we could have imagined! We didn't want to leave! The property was very clean. The pool and dock were awesome! We spent most of our vacation in the pool and fishing from the dock! There are no words to describe the sunset view from this house! So many things to do and places to eat within walking distance! I would give this house 50 Stars if possible. We are already planning our next vacation to Matlacha!

Kokopelli Beach House Matlacha/Cape Coral It was the perfect location for us! It was two blocks from our family and in the neighborhood that we spend the most time at downtown Matlacha. We had everything that we needed. We will definitely one hundred percent sure rent this place again!

Comfortably accommodates 10, overlooking water with pool and hot tub. Easy walk to main strip of Matlacha and easy drive to Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Naples, Venice, Bonita beach. Property manager always accessible and helpful !

Kokopelli House, Cape Coral/Matlacha This is my 4th year booking a house for our annual family get together. The property was everything they described and more. The location was spectacular. The Secret Places management company was easy to work with and answered all of of my questions both before I booked and after. The house was wonderful. It was clean and the views are amazing. We had only one problem and it was with the hot tub and they responded very quickly and got it working. I would strongly recommend this property for those looking for some quality, quiet and quirky time. The little town of Matlacha was great. The restaurants are kind of a throwback to old Florida and the food and service at the shops and restaurants was fantastic.

Kokopelli House, Matlacha Spectacular house! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family of 6 loved this house and all that it had to offer. The house is beautiful and well equipped with a layout that provided everyone plenty of space. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, stingrays and jumping mullet fish from the dock and spent many a happy hour playing in the large pool. The house is in the heart of Matlacha, a charming little village with plenty of character. I’m typing this sitting in the airport waiting to depart for home, but we are already planning our next trip to this fabulous house. As my 11-year old said, “it’s not goodbye, it’s see you later”. I would highly recommend this home!

Kokopelli House, Matlacha Outstanding first visit to Florida! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I took our Mom, Aunties and friends, a group of 10 mid-western ladies with an average age of 75, to Florida for a week to warm their cold bones with sunshine, fun, dominoes and lots of love. The set-up of the property was PERFECT! The elevator made for easy luggage distribution and movement from entry to master bedroom to pool. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, towels and linens all in place. Our mornings were spent on the porch over looking the sea water to see dolphins and birds while drinking coffee. Evenings we gathered to watch the sunset with a cocktail and then the dominoes came out for fun and laughter and competition. We are considering a 2020 repeat!
