Overview
Our luxury villa is ideal for a two family holiday, comfortably sleeping 8 people. Towels and linen are provided. There are a couple of hair dryers and a set of hair straighteners. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre. There is also Dish TV (52" plasma in lounge), a DVD player , Wii games consul with games in the lounge. High speed internet connection is available. There is a games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private (heated) pool (mood lighting for the evening) and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings. Gas BBQ available at no extra charge. The sun deck and pool are south facing and so maximum sun all year round.
STAYING AT VILLA ALBATROSS
The master and second bedroom each have queen beds and spacious en-suite facilities; they also have their own doors onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds each ; they share a bathroom. Masters have walk-in wardrobes, the twins have built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have TVs. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre.
For your entertainment
There is also Cable TV, a DVD player and a Wii in the lounge. Wifi is available. We have a games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private (heated) pool any time and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings. The sun deck and pool are south facing, so maximum sun all year round. The gas BBQ is sited on the pool deck and is available at no extra charge.
We have a baby's cot, strollers and highchair, car seat all available at no extra charge.
Should you book a Christmas visit, we have a tree with decorations.

A great location with lovely south facing pool that’s not over looked. A quite neighbourhood that has easy access to everything you need from shops, restaurants and parks.

Just returned home following a 10 night stay at villa albatross.
This was our first ever stay at a villa as we as a family have always stayed in hotels on international drive so naturally we were a little apprehensive.
I can honestly say without doubt this was the best decision we have ever made.
The villa is like home from home. The location was perfect and had everything we needed during our stay.
The villa was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location to explore Florida.
During our first week Florida was on a tropical thunderstorm alert and the weather for the first 3-4 days was heavy storms. Due to the severe wind and storms part of the roof covering the pool was damaged. I contacted Yvonne immediately who reported the issue to their maintenance team. The following day the maintenance chap arrived on site to repair the part of the roof.
During the booking process I communicated with Yvonne as it was our first time driving in Florida and as we all know staying in a villa it is essential to hire a car.
Yvonne put my mind to rest and even put me in touch with a cab hire company who they always use when they go to their villa. I contacted the cab hire company before leaving who arranged to pick us up from the airport (as we arrived late at night and I didn’t really want to drive straight to the villa). The cab hire company were waiting for us at the airport and dropped us off to the villa. They then collected us the following morning and took us to the local car rental venue to arrange our car hire.
I have no hesitation in recommending villa albatross. Yvonne was so helpful and accommodating during the entire process which made for a memorable stay and holiday for the family.
We really didn’t want to leave and could happily have stayed another 10 nights!!

We arrived on 20/05/24 to a lovely clean villa! With this being our first ever visit and having never done a villa holiday we weren't sure what to expect but we're pleasantly surprised with everything. The pool was lovely and the amenities were all great. The location was also perfect for us, we hired a car and it was 20mins to disney if there wasn't any traffic. Also there's a publix and 7eleven with fuel very close by (10 min walk). Walmart is about 15/20min drive up highway 27. The owner and maintenance team are very responsive and helpful. Really cannot fault this villa and we will likely book again!

A perfect villa if staying near Orlando . Within 30 mins of everything, great to com back and relax after a busy day , we would not hesitate to book this villa again .
