Fantastic villa capped off our fantastic holiday The villa was spacious and very well furnished. Everything and more was supplied, lots of pool towels, clean fresh white towels, a ninja blender, hair dryers, kettle, more than enough for our family of 9. Communication with our hosts was excellent especially when we had a power outage. Situated in a quiet residential area, there was perfect quiet after long days at the parks. We would definitely recommend a stay there.

Great Location, Beautiful Property Very pleased with the stay. The house was great and spacious, and the pool was a nice touch for our days in. Andrew was great and always very responsive, would definitely stay again even with the longer drive to Disney.

Family holiday July/August 2023 We had an amazing 3 week holiday in this villa. Everything was provided that we needed, The villa was in a perfect location and the pool was amazing. We definitely hope to return and would highly recommend. Andrew was very helpful and always replied very quickly.

The Perfect family home for your holiday This property was perfect for our family holiday consisting of grandparents, parents one child and one baby. It is set in a beautiful development which made us feel safe. There is parking for three cars. The house is very well appointed. A real home from home with everything we could possibly need. Large bedrooms, good size kitchen, laundry room, games room and there were plenty of towels, pool towels, crockery and kitchen items. Very clean, tastefully decorated. Then there is a great heated pool with lots of pool toys, plenty of Sun loungers, dining table & chairs, patio chairs, speakers for poolside music and various wildlife to watch!!

A lovely villa in a private location. The host Andrew corresponded very well and any queries we had was answered promptly. On arrival the villa was very clean and had everything you need to a family stay. Would highly recommend this villa.

A great experience from start to finish. We contacted Andrew before we even booked his property and asked his honest opinion about the small issue regarding the comfort of some of the beds (the only concerns raised by previous guests). He was quick to reply and assure us that he had taken these concerns on board and was arranging replacement of the offending matttesses. We knew at this point that we had an owner that really cared about their property and their guests stay. Location - we'd statyed in Orlando previously and really liked this area. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, and not too far from I-drive and theme parks. Property - really clean and well maintained. We were even advised of some minor hurricane damage of the pool screen, but all had been repaired prior to our arrival. We loved the open plan downstairs layout, and we all adored the pool. By far the best villa we've ever stayed in. Communication - Andrew was always quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our holiday. Nice holiday folder on the premises with lots of helpful information. No need to contact Andrew or the property team during our stay. We will 100% stay here on our return to Florida.

Very relaxing location with easy access to the parks. House very well appointed. Great pool and poolside experience. We cooked every night. Two public supermarkets close by. We would love to come back again.

We all enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious villa. It was comfortable and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The children especially enjoyed their Disney themed rooms and the games room. Everyone appreciated coming back to the lovey pool after a long day at the Theme Parks.

Our stay was wonderful! It accommodated our family of 7, the pool was great for the kids...and adults too 😀 the house was equipped with everything and more. If we had questions, we got prompt responses. Great neighborhood, will definitely be back!

2021 Disney Christmas Vacation The house as perfect for our family size. We loved our stay. House had everything that was need for a week long stay. House was clean, property owner (Andrew) responded immediately with an answer every time we had a questions. Everybody loved the pool! Would definitely stay again at this property!

Great pool! This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Orlando. This was our first experience using VRBO and it was a good one. The proximity of this home to Disney and Universal was great, and not a bad drive to Clearwater Beach for the day either ! House was clean and just as expected from the photos. The pool was our favorite part. There are Bluetooth speakers in the pool area which was great as well! Andrew was also very communicative prior to and at the end of our stay. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property!!! We really enjoyed our stay. This was a great location, close to restaurants, grocery store, shopping. Movie Theater nearby. Easy drive into theme parks. Home was well maintained, very clean. Pool was perfect and comfortable patio furniture was great to spend time outside. Also had outdoor speakers so we could enjoy some music while we were swimming, enjoying time outside.

Extremely clean!! House was extremely clean and well maintained I stay in Florida every year and would love to come back to this house. Pool area is great and Privacy is there since there is no home behind the property. Andrew was great and helped us when AC stopped working tech was at the door Within 30 minutes. Giving 5 stars because of cleaning and service!!

Very clean & spacious!! Excellent Villa!! I was very pleased with our stay at this Villa!! Privacy was not an issue even though there are neighbors close by. Everything was very clean upon arrival, this was such a plus for me. I did see in other reviews what we would need to purchase some items ahead of time, so that was no surprise to us and we even chose to leave some of the toiletries, garbage bags, hand/dish soaps, laundry detergent and softeners behind, in case someone didn’t see these reviews. Andrew is very quick in responding, to any of my questions, from the start of booking, to the end of our trip. I would definitely stay in this villa again, There are many pros to this home, the only con would be that you should turn the fridge to desired temp upon arrival so it’s ready for any groceries or drinks you bring in. Oh and we bought a blue tooth speaker, not knowing the pool is already equipped with two, that was such a major plus for us while relaxing by the pool day or night. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and staying in such a clean and accommodating location with no worries was honestly the best part. Thank you, Dawn, Vicky & daughters 😊

Awesome Family Vacation! Andrew was great with communication! The family loved the property ❤! The only problem we had was with the Traffic, trying to get from place to place, but I can't say there isn't Traffic everywhere else! All in all great experience.

Beautiful family escape From the moment we entered this beautiful house our family felt right at home. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The owner Andrew was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We enjoyed many days and nights in the pool as well as game night and movie nights in the living room. The area is perfect for those looking to shop and so conveniently close to the Walt Disney World parks! The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. Very peaceful and relaxing! We will be back :)

Beautiful Owner of the property was outstanding. Anytime I had a question he answered me right away. Even dealing with all the issues we had with the booking platform, Andrew went out of his way to make sure to help me anyway he possibly could.

Home away from home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The description was spot on with prompt and easy communication with the owner. The home had every amenity needed and more. Loved the heated pool and lounge area. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

We stayed here from February 16 until March 2 and loved it. The houses is spacious and well kept and the neighborhood feels very safe and is very clean. I spent many mornings at the nearby park with my daughter using the strollers that were at the house. It is a great space for a family and contains everything you need making it truly feel like a home away from home. Thank you for having us!

Thank you Beth and Andrew for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family! Your house was a perfect escape away from the craziness of a long day at Disney. The kids really loved the themed bedrooms, games, pool table, and of course the swimming pool. And my husband and I loved being able to enjoy a glass of wine poolside, especially at night. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook up a great meal, and the living room provided a cozy place to watch a movie with the kids. Bedrooms were comfortable and there were lots of clean linens available. I also really appreciated the communication from Andrew. He checked in with us upon arrival and also followed up after we left, while we didn’t have any issues, its nice to know that the homeowner is available and genuinely cares about our stay.. Check-in and check out was also super easy, which is important when your traveling with young kids exhausted from the hustle bustle of the parks! We will definitely be booking again next year.

My wife and I, along with another couple and a friend, stayed at Calabay Gold from January 9 - 16, 2020. We had great time and really liked the property. Starting with entering the community you’ll immediately notice how well maintained the properties are. The area is very safe and secure, and it’s obvious the owners take pride In their property. Calabay Gold was spacious with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and was well kept. The two themed kids rooms were really great. We also had lots of fun in the games room, which was a really nice added feature. Various restaurants and groceries were easily accessible. Most important to us the pool was heated and the temperature was perfect. We will be back for sure. Bob &. Nancy
