Overview
We fell in love with Florida many years ago and in 2004 we bought this villa as we just fell in love with the pool and how good the location is, we hope we have made the villa like a home with all the little extras we provide.
Bridgewater Crossing is an up and coming area which is clean quiet and well kept, their are lots of things for our guests to do from the nature trail,community pool to a childs play area and best of all they are free for our guest to use.
Disney is right on our doorstep but far enough away for the peice and quiet.
Champions gate is 2 minutes drive from the villa and you will find all you need their from a resutrants to shops. A new 18 hole golf course which was designed by Greg Normal opened in 2004 and has the wow factor and even if you don't play golf is worth having a visit.
This villa is 2 story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, it is clean bright and more like your own home that a rental villa, loads of little added personnel touches.
The home is very easy to live in and plenty of room for 7 people we can only except 6 people (mix of adults or adults & children and the 7th is a baby under 1 in our cot). The comfy lounge area has a 27in MULTI CHANNEL TV and DVD player with a choice of dvd that will suit all tastes.
The dinning area has a large table so plenty of room for a family meal or game of cards.
The kitchen is clean and has enough pots & pans to make a great meal on the large electric range. Ice maker is available in the large fridge and just to make life easy their is also a dishwasher and waste disposial.
All the bedrooms have clean with luxuary comfy beds so a good nights sleep is guarenteed, espicially as the area is so quiet.
We have a EN-SUITE KING BEDROOM, down stairs A QUEEN BEDROOM with tv and playstation for your comfort, 2 TWINS and a put u up bed and a cot in the 3rd room which has loads of toys for the little ones and a choice of 56 disney dvds for them to watch.
Plenty of hot water for a wonderful shower or bath after a long day in the parks.
Pool Area & area info
Our large pool and deck area is bright and sunny, full sunshine from dawn to dusk, plenty of sun loungers and chairs to relax on and sock up the florida sunshine. Pool heat is an extra at $25 per day or $175 per week
The deck area has a table and chairs in the shade if you feel the need to stay out of the sun or just have breakfast.
Bridgewater Crossing has free use of a community pool,childs play area and a 2 1/2 mile nature trail, beautiful quiet are with lots on the dorstep.
A few miles away you have major roads, shops golf courses and of course the park.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for our first holiday together. To sum it up in three words "we loved it"
Firstly the location is great, its a 15 minute drive to Disney parks, 20 to Universal again only another 15 to international drive. Everything is on your doorstep. The area is really quiet. the only noise we had was from the thunder storms. There are restaurants close by as well as two super markets about 3 minutes away.
The house itself is fantastic, we really couldn't fault it. The rooms are all a good size including the living areas. It was only two of us but this would be a great family home as we only ever used the king size room downstairs. The bed was extremely comfortable, which if your jet lagged and had a long flight is a real joy. The house was very clean when we arrived, the air con had been thankfully switched on before our arrival which was lovely. The whole check in/out process was very easy a lot easier than a hotel. And in regards to a hotel, I really don't know why you would stay in one in Florida when you could have your own beautiful home for exactly the same price or less.
All the communication with the owner was great, Lyn is a lovely lady and if you ever have any questions, shes always back to you within 24 hours.
As you can see from our review, myself and my boyfriend, really couldn't fault our stay here. Great house, area, people and price. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will for sure book again.

Fantastic villaright in the heart of things so asy to find and we were in the parks in less than 15 minutes. Brilliant time had by all pool and deck area brilliant, quiet area, villa was spotless and ac with new tiled floors was a just what we needed after we return after a hot florida day.Ray and Lyn was so helpfull and the villa had everything plus more than we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANKS RAY & LYN FOR USE OF YOUR VILLA WE WILL BOOK AGAIN

Ideal for a relaxing swim or to soak up the Florida sun. The local area has lots to offer from a community pool, picnis area and a childs play park so much to do and see you will not want to return home. Close to all attractions, shops resturant I-4 & 192.

Our love of Florida began in 1990 with our first trip and 10 years later we bought our 1st property which we out grew quickly sold and bought our beautiful villa in Bridgewater Crossing in 2005. Ray and myself love the villa and so does our growing family and it’s a great place to spend quality time. As we have lots of experience we love to share our trip and tricks on all things Disney universal and also what else Florida has to offer. We have been married 40 years both are retired Lyn begging due to disability and wheelchair user so she is a great to answer questions if you have a disability. We have 2 children Christopher and Louise who also love Florida and a great character fans, and loved holidays with grandparents. Jack Christophers son 1st trip when 4 was brilliant and even now at 17 he wants to come with us for the thrills rides and all that Florida has to offer. Simon our son in law(my fav) had never been abroad and was blown away when he visited with us 3 years ago and then on honeymoon. We hope for many more trip with family as it’s always a blast. We also have 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels Skylar 5 and Ava 20 month unfortunately we have not taken them with us just to crufts.
