Located in the private, gated Aviana Resort subdivision in Davenport, Florida, our home is just minutes from the fun and excitement of amusement parks, golf courses, water parks, and shopping, but away from the crowds of hotels and condos.
Our private, screened pool faces south for maximum sunshine all day, and backs up to conservation area so there are no rear neighbors for added privacy.
With ramps available for the front and rear entrances, and all living spaces on one level, this home is fully wheelchair accessible. A shower chair is also provided, and there is no carpet in the home - new LVP flooring was recently installed in all bedrooms.

Overall rating 5 My family enjoyed our stay. It was nice to get away from the parks and be able to relax with a little bit of space. It was a roughly 30 minute drive to the parks. However, for the Dunkin lovers, it’s only five minutes away. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed.
Overall Rating 4 We rented the place to spend thanksgiving with friends. The place is spacious in one floor setting, with plenty of rooms. The kitchen has all you need if you love cooking. There is no carpet. It helps for allergies. The communication was excellent and easy to get in to the complex. I would definitely comeback to this amazing place. You have a Publix around the corner, in case you need to buy groceries and close enough for all the attractions Orlando offers.
Overall rating 5 Beautiful home and location. Enjoyed all the space to spread out with our 3 electric wheelchairs and scooters. All were plugged in near the entry and we still had lots of room coming and going. It was a pleasure to communicate with Paul. He responded quickly to all questions. Hurricane went through shortly before our stay and he personally went to check the property and had the minor repair completed before our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
Overall rating 5 communication with the host was excellent from start to finish; they were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The location was perfect too, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Overall rating 5 House had ample space for kids and myself. Kids spend much of their time swimming in the pool. Supermarket and pharmacy close by which was great for last minute things.
