The Muntham Apartments are formed from one of Torquay's old grand Victorian villas. It is an exceptionally well maintained building packed with original features and surrounded by 3/4 acre of gardens.

Apartment 6 sits on the first floor of the property and its bedroom and sitting room both overlook the tranquil Rose Garden at the side of the building.

The apartment consists of a beautiful sitting room with sofa and dining area, a compact but very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower over and a bedroom with a bed that can be configured as a superking or as two singles.

Guests have access to the communal gardens and each apartment has a parking space in the car park.

There is superfast fibre broadband and in the living room there is a SMART TV.

The Muntham Apartments are in the Wellswood area of Torquay which has its own centre known by the locals as Wellswood Village. Here there is pub, delicatessen, Post Office, bistro, cafe, pharmacy and a whole host of other independent traders.

The English Riviera boasts a whole host of all year round attractions. The World Famous Kent's Cavern is only a twelve to fifteen minute walk from the apartments.
