Overview

The Muntham Luxury holiday apartments are located in the leafy Wellswood area of Torquay and offer guests a peaceful and relaxing break at the very heart of The English Riviera. The property is surrounded by nearly three quarters of an acre of grounds and there are places for guests to sit to enjoy the gardens.

Apartment 5 is located on the first floor of the building and is accessed by the grand sweeping staircase. It is a studio apartment overlooking the tranquil Rose Garden at the side of the property. The apartment has a luxury king sized bed (UK size 5 foot width) , a sofa and foot stool and a dining area. There is plenty of storage with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Guests have full fibre broadband and the apartment features a SMART TV so that guests can access their streaming services.

The apartment has a compact but well equipped kitchen with full sized oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Guests also have access to the laundry room at garden level where there are coin operated washers and dryers. There are also ironing facilities there too.

There is also a bathroom which features a large shower cubicle as well as wash basin and toilet.

There is parking for all guests at the property.

We supervise the cleaning of each property and we are available 24/7 should you need to get hold of us during your stay. Torquay is a beautiful place to visit, with a wonderful coast line and beaches and warm temperatures all year round makes it a perfect seaside vacation.
