A chic one bedroom property on the first floor a beautiful period property in a leafy area of Torquay close to all the amenities.
Overview
The apartment was completely refitted in 2020. There is an open plan living space which includes a beautiful modern kitchen boasting all the equipment you could possibly need such as an over, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and a full sized fridge/freezer.
There is a dining area as well as a designer, Italian yellow leather sofa. The living space has been decorated with retro style wallpapers and fittings and features original art work from local artists.
An additional feature is a very large closet which has hanging space plus plenty of space in which to store cases etc.
The apartment has a bathroom with large shower plus toilet and basin.
The bedroom has triple aspect windows and has the feel of a romantic tower room. It features a luxury king sized bed and electric scokets with USB ports for charging mobile phones etc.
On the lower ground floor of the building there is a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers plus irons and ironing boards. There are communal gardens for guest use too.
The property is in the Wellswood area of Torquay which is a short five minute drive (or twenty minute walk) to Torquay harbour and town centre. The centre of Wellswood is Ilsham Road which is five minutes away from the property. Here, there is a pub, post office, two bistros, a cafe, delicatessen, patisserie as well as a whole host of other shops.

A lovely welcome from the owners & the apartment was lovely. A really comfy bed & the attention to detail was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
Great apartment with every facility you would need. Very clean and comfortable. High end kitchenware and stylish lounge. Great helpful hosts. Our 2nd visit. Situated near the Wellswood area of Torquay so there are some nice individual shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

We supervise the cleaning of each property and we are available 24/7 should you need to get hold of us during your stay. Torquay is a beautiful place to visit, with a wonderful coast line and beaches and warm temperatures all year round makes it a perfect seaside vacation.
