Overview
The apartment sits within The Muntham Apartments which have been formed from one of Torquay's grand Victorian villas. The location is a peaceful one close to the Wellswood area of the town and within easy reach of all the amenities of The English Riviera including Torquay harbour. Key visitor attractions such as Kent's Cavern is just a fifteen minute walk from the property.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and features a very spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows in a large bay window, a flame effect fire, sofa and arm chair and a dining area. The apartment has a compact but well equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer as well as the usual appliances such as a hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The bedroom overlooks the garden at the side of the property and has a luxury king sized bed. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with over sized shower plus basin and toilet.
Outside the property, there is a large car park at the front in which there are enough spaces for all guests to park comfortably. Around the sides and rear of the property there are lush mature gardens that guests are free to use.

Cannot rate Muntham Adam & Grant high enough we are very fussy about where we stay have been staying at Muntham for a few years now when we come to see family we would not stay anywhere else and the added bonus is the the fur baby's can come to. Love this place been going a few years I don't really want tell or say good things because everyone will want to go ... Everything about it is lovely it's so comfortable it's very very clean Adam and Grant are brilliant it's the kind of place that you go and you only have to take your clothes, Thiers everything in the apartment love it
Such a beautiful house and a fabulous welcome. This time a delicious lemon drizzle cake awaited me. I’ve already booked my 4th visit.
What a lovely find Muntham Apartments was ,set in the Wellswood area of Torquay not too far from the harbour and restaurants. The accommodation was first class and Grant and Adam are so welcoming, if we visit Torquay again were heading here .

Torquay is a beautiful place to visit, with a wonderful coast line and beaches and warm temperatures all year round makes it a perfect seaside vacation.
