A beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment in a central position

Overview

The property is located in the St Luke's area of Torquay just above the seafront. This means it is convenient for accessing beaches and restaurants and bars as well as the harbourside and town centre. The area is quiet and leafy and perfect for relaxing breaks on The English Riviera.

The apartment itself is formed from one of the grand old Victorian villas and was once home to a decorated war here to whom a blue plaque is dedicated. It is in a modern extension and actually has the feel of a bungalow and benefits from having no-one above. The apartment is laid out on one floor and has tiled flooring throughout. It is exceptionally spacious and features two good sized bedrooms both of which have ensuite shower rooms. There is a further cloakroom. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers as well as TV's.

The living space is large and benefits from having double aspect windows. There are two sofas, a snuggler chair and a large SMART TV which is perfect for accessing streaming services. There is a separate dining area which has a table and seating for up to 6 people.

The kitchen is smart and modern and equipped with all the things self catering guests might need.

Outside, there is a parking space. Further on road parking is available nearby.

We have stayed at 2 Ellington court several times now and it is an excellent apartment with everything you need for a great break. As with all of Adam and Grant's lettings they are meticulous in their detail and are always available to help in any way . Will be staying again.

Property had everything you could possibly need, a home from home. The kitchen was very well equipped, great having 2 en-suites & plenty of living room seating. Very easy for older parent with mobility issue. Garden view over the bay was beautiful.
