Inside you’ll find bright and airy contemporary-style interiors with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Doors open out from the living area to a super-stylish decked area with luxurious seating and spectacular panoramic views of Tenby’s beaches, harbour, and bay.
Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, this charming holiday apartment is part of a complex of properties in an elegant period conversion set above North Tenby Beach in Pembrokeshire.
Set on the second floor of a 19th-century townhouse, this self-contained holiday apartment is ideal for friends, and couples who want to enjoy the vibrant seaside resort of Tenby and the myriad attractions of South-West Wales. Sporty guests can share their surfing prowess atop the waves by Manorbier Beach (6 miles); foodies will enjoy Tenby’s cafes and restaurants; while nature lovers should head for the harbour and take a boat trip to the monastic Caldey Island (3 miles) for a sense of escape - see dolphins and seals, and discover a more relaxed pace of life with a quiet beach, serene island gardens, a monastery, and lofty cliff-top trails.

On arrival, take the lift to the second floor, and walk up the short flight of steps to the front door of your well-equipped holiday apartment. Inside you’ll find bright and airy contemporary-style interiors with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Rustle up delicious meals in the kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, and a dishwasher. Simply relax with a glass of wine or the TV in the living area. When bedtime calls, you have the choice of two pretty bedrooms - a king-size bedroom with a TV; and a bedroom with two single beds and small workspace / dressing table. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, and a WC.

Doors open out from the living area to a super-stylish decked area with luxurious seating and spectacular panoramic views of Tenby’s beaches, harbour, and bay. If you can tear yourself away from this sunny haven, you’ll find Tenby’s town centre shops, restaurants, galleries, and it’s lively calendar of town festivals close by (0.5 miles).

Private Owner From London, United Kingdom Member since May 2006

I have owned and rented two properties through this website for many years and the properties have proved very popular. The properties are second homes and are treated and furnished as such, but with an eye to being practical for our guests, so that they can enjoy their holiday with some home comforts, like DVDs and CDs. Central to the provision of a great holiday is a great local representative and we are fortunate to have two excellent local property managers. You always have access to the owner by email in any event. All emails are notified to me by text message through the system and I try to respond as soon as I reasonably can. This means a more prompt reply is usually provided than it would be if you were booking with a large company. We are not renting the properties to build a big business, but to cover expenses, which is more difficult to achieve than most people imagine. I am a lawyer and work rather long hours, but I am usually able to respond to emails quickly, albeit often late in the day. I have done my best to provide all the information you need on the website, so do try to look for an answer there before asking a question. Don't forget that people make bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so if in doubt reserve the dates you want (without obligation), and ask a question when making your booking reservation. This gives you a day or so to sort out flights and get answers to any questions you could not find answers to on the website.
