Paradise Left on Oct 3, 2024 for a stay in Sep 2024 Amazing stay at no66 Hillside Villas. Sea View. The view is spectacular and your host Karen is always on hand. The place is immaculate with all you need for your stay both human and dogs (Sadly i left mine at home) , and decorated to a very high standard. The resort itself is cute and quaint and everyone is so laid back. It gives Australia surf club vibes. And the sea/sea pool is a big hit. Absolutely 10/10. x
The perfect Cornish view Left on Aug 4, 2024 for a stay in Jul 2024 We had a really lovely stay at SeaSalt villas in Millendreath. Karen was very attentive with all the important information and also responded quickly if we had any queries. This is not our first stay at the hillside villas but our first in a Karen’s property. Everything was clean and prepared for us. A well equipped kitchen meant we could take advantage of the fresh fish from Pengelly’s fish shack on Looe Quay to make delicious seafood. We had our dog with us and he enjoyed keeping watch on the goings on from the balcony. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you Highly recommend the coastal walk to Looe. Several restaurants; Portbyhan hotel, Fifty and Yammas all booked prior to our stay to ensure a table.
Lovely villa by the sea Left on Jun 2, 2024 for a stay in May 2024 Had a fantastic week. We have stayed at Millendreath for several years, in a number of the holiday villas and this is the nicest one by far. The views are amazing and you have all the little luxuries of home. The host is quick to respond and super friendly. The only downside to the villa is there are 60 + steps to get to it, but as the wife says “it does you good”. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. There are some downsides to the resort itself, but they, in my opinion, are outweighed by being so close to the sea and a lovely little beach.
A Chilled relaxing weekend Left on May 8, 2024 for a stay in May 2024 What an amazing place. With a fab beach bar. Lovely villa to enjoy - Sea, Views, Beach, Walks and even the Sun! Thanks so much. We will be back.
A holiday by the sea - fantastic stay ! Left on Apr 9, 2024 for a stay in Mar 2024 First of all I wanted to say, if you are hesitating to book a break away in these stunning Villa's please stop and book your break ASAP !! I have followed the Facebook page for these Villa's for a long time and finally stopped hesitating and booked (fairly last minute for me!!) a week in No 66 for Easter. Yes there are a lot of steps to get to the property however the views are stunning and well worth the steps (classed it as holiday cardio!! lol). The beach and woodland walks were right on our doorstop which our dog and children adored. The flat is very clean and well maintained, in particular we loved the small touches e.g. dog blankets, bowls, crate, board games, binoculars. We followed the coast line to Looe from the Villa - be aware its hilly so avoid lots of layers as its hard work. Looe itself was a real delight with top quality bakeries, pubs and shops. Plus a little arcade which our kids enjoyed (and dog friendly!!). We also visited the Eden Project which was around 45 mins away (dog friendly), Polperro, Fowey via the car ferry (highlight for the kids!). Highly recommend the fish and chips takeaway / restaurant near the Villa called The Coddy Shack (they have website and on road from Looe town to Villa) - I personally thought they were the best I had tasted and so unbelievably fresh (so expect a little waiting time) The level of customer care from Karen in relation to response time, helpful information and general kindness far exceeded anywhere I have previously booked and I wouldn't hesitate to book to stay here again. I have already recommended to family and friends.

Sea View - What a view 🏖 Left on Apr 25, 2023 for a stay in Apr 2023 What a fabulous week at Millendreath, a real trip down memory lane. Having spent several childhood holidays here back in the 80's, I was a little apprehensive as to what Millendreath was like 30 years on. Although much has changed, we had a fabulous week. The view from Sea View was just stunning, the terrace amazing, I can only imagine how wonderful it must be on a hot sunny day. To lay in bed at night and see the moon shimmering on the sea, just beautiful. So peaceful and quiet, no traffic, just listening to nature and the sea. Sea View was perfect for our needs, fully equipped with all you need for self catering. Our rescue lab just loved his holiday. We barely used the car, right on the beach, direct access to coastal path in both directions. Walked to Looe and onwards to Polperro, the other direction to Seaton and back along the beach. Mullendreath woods worth a walk too. We loved the beach bar, very dog friendly too. Highly recommend for a dog friendly, relaxing holiday. On a sunny day day those views contest any in the mediterranean. Also visited Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, Fowey (although sadly it was pouring) perfect base for exploring. Loved the Copley Arms at Hessenford and the fish n chips at the top of the valley (Coddy Shack) were so good. I have no doubt we will be back, Karen was a wonderful host, full of information, easily contactable and even arranged for the cleaner to turn our villa around earlier as we had a great drive down and arrived much earlier than expected. Thanks Sea View, you didn't dissapoint, very much missing those views.

Owning bull terriers for 40 years we sadly came across prejudice, we decided to buy our own place and accept any breed as long as the owners were well behaved. We found the derelict villa in 2011 just as a developer bought the holiday site. After complete refurbishment we have let it ever since and even bought the sister villa in 2016. We hope you love the villas as much as we do and have a fabulous relaxing holiday. This is me age 60 and my almost 15 year old girl. We own 4 bull terriers and a bulldog.
